Corey Grace was knowledgeable and helpful throughout my first home buying process, 100% of my many questions were answered and I never felt pressured or rushed by anyone at Guaranteed Rate. I was able to buy my house using almost only my smartphone (secure file transfers and digital signatures are so convenient!) but when I would email a request for him to call me it would take only minutes for the phone to ring. I am so pleased with how smoothly (and without delay) the whole process went, I would recommend him to anyone.
