I could stay in Ulta 24 hours a day. I have never gotten bad products nor had a rude employee. The employees are always offering to help you. Overall it’s a wonderful retail store.

Like many others have commented, the customer service at this location is severely lacking. The manager needs training on how to show empathy when dealing with customers who have had a bad experience. She was quick to dismiss me, saying “well, thats life” and walked away. And NEVER order store to door. They’ll take your money, say a driver from DoorDash never came, claim they can’t cancel or refund the order because it’s “not in their system” and tell you tough luck. Never shopping at Ulta again.

I have had GREAT service at the ulta on nicholasville rd. Angela does a PHENOMENAL job cutting my hair and is super friendly to me as well as everyone! In another instance where I was trying to find a product, Hannah has helped me with a smile and great attitude! I have had nothing but good service from everyone at this store!

I went in to ask about a new product and Claire specifically was extremely condescending and rude. Since she didnt know the brand I was talking about. Even though it was an ulta exclusive brand. Will absolutely not return to this store. Very disappointing

The very very few times I do go to Ulta, especially this location, the immediate vibe I get from walking right in the door is "Go Away." No one greets you anymore, the employees on the floor refuse to make eye contact, I tried asking 3 different ladies for help and all of them barley smiled and walked away. I found what I needed on my own and will start going to Sephoria. Also, before this store was remodeled I was an employee there and the management that are no longer there made me feel like I was the unwanted one in a sorority. So I fully know how these employees are treated. Oh wait I was greater by the cashier but she didn't say hello or how are you just when I started to say hello I couldn't even get the HE out before she said "Can I get your phone number?" Rang up my items, threw it all into a small bag, it barley fit threw my receipt in there and said "Thanks for coming by." And one girl by the salon was asked by who I can assume is the st mgr or assistance st mgr about her sitting in a chair on her phone. "You seem to be well productive today."

It was okay. A lot of the make-up I wanted to buy I couldn't. Either because the products I wanted were not in stock, the ones that happened to be there other people had used them like the sample products, or the make-up was busted up or broken. I was extremely sad when I couldn't get but only 2 of the products I wanted to buy. Even though the staff was nice, I won't be going back to this Ulta Beauty any time soon.

Staff in store on 12/22 were not knowledgeable on anything. I asked 3 different salespeople for help, and not one had any clue about makeup/skin color/brands. They acted bothered that I would ask a question. Checkout staff were friendly and quick.

the vibe of this store is so weird and uncomfortable. my last experience was negative but i took that as user error since i forgot to bring my ID to pick up an online order. the manager i spoke to had major cop energy and was just as rude and condescending to me as possible, but ultimately it was my fault for not properly reading the rules so whatever. this visit the same manager was there and was glaring at me throughout my visit, even though we ended our interaction with me just apologizing and cancelling my order to rebuy what i needed in store. that was at least 4 months ago so i was super surprised when i was still treated differently. i was honestly anxious to come in again to begin with and i will just be going to the hamburg location from now on. i also watched a manager give the most intense bag check i have ever seen to an employee- fully elbow deep in some girls luis vuitton. i felt violated just watching! y'all gotta chill, this is a makeup store.
