can literally think of absolutely nothing that needs improvement at this U-Haul location. Great equipment. Excellent service. 5 out of 5 stars.....I've already told other people about it and I'm going to continue to tell other people about it.I would never go anywhere else to rent a U-Haul.

Worst place ever, the old guy wearing glasses who work there is so incompetence, he gave me the wrong key to my U-Haul and I ended up being charged for the truck that I did not rent plus the truck that I reserved online. Come back to the place to deal with the problem, they closed early, trying to call through phone, no one pick up. Spending the next 3-4 days through 1800 U Haul number trying to get my money back. If the manager of this place is reading this, please work on you HR. If anyone is renting from this place, make sure to ask if you had the right key to the truck.

Convenient but had issues with the billing. Still not convinced the things they charged me for truly happened that way or if maybe I fid all that bull in the 5 hours I had the van! Lol. I DONT KNOW

I would not recommend this location to a friend and will absolutely not be back. The man helping us in the trailer was spitting tobacco into an old Mountain Dew bottle, and was coughing so hard that he started gagging and had to go outside to throw up. He said the "tobacco dip was too strong" and it made him sick. However, the uhaul was very cleaned and well-maintained, and the price was okay. It did take about 30 minutes to get checked in, which really threw a wrench in our plans. I truly hope the man helping us was okay, but I will not return to this location in the future.

It was ok had to stand out side for 30 min while she was dealing with one of her employees then after that it was some what quick had to settle on smaller truck even tho they said when we called they had bigger one but soooooo well it is what it is

I made a reservation online for a 15' U-Haul and 2 movers for 2 hours. I declined Safe Move and every other service on the U-Haul, including the dollies, furniture packing, etc. My reservation, INCLUDING the U-Haul and the 2 movers, was $253.My partner and I decided we only needed a 10' U-Haul instead, but it wouldn't allow me to edit the reservation online. He went in store to edit the reservation. Instead of editing the reservation, the person at the desk placed a NEW reservation WITH the Safe Move without even asking my partner if he wanted the insurance, and charged my card ANOTHER $57.99 ON TOP OF my original reservation.I called the 1-800 number and they told me to basically contact the person who made the second charge and they're trying to tell me that's the only charge under my name and can't even see the original charge due to my adding movers to my cart.So basically I got charged for 2 U-Hauls instead of one PLUS insurance I didn't want and they're refusing to offer me a refund.The person at the desk is clearly incompetent. I've never placed a reservation online and then got charged AGAIN in store.PLEASE don't rent from this location unless you want to get charged for stuff you didn't even buy or use.

The Southgate ky location is the worst. They are scammers and will double charge you for miles you did not use. The owner knows he is scamming people is the worst. I was charged several times over a few day period. When contacting the owner he made several excuses stating my bank was idiots. When finally reaching out to the 1-800 number I then learned the truth that in fact charged multiple times. Never use this location he is now refusing to refund me.

I'm not sure what to say about this place I mean it's a U-Haul rental. I guess if anything the staff was nice and very helpful I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the truck was in great condition.

I went to pick up a van rental on a Sunday, and it required a mobile pick up since they didn't have anyone working. When trying to log in on my phone, it would not accept my password. I tried resetting, but could not get it to process. It took 45 minutes to get a customer service rep on the phone, as I finally was able to process the check out. When I returned the van, another customer was having a problem with the process. As I tried to help her, and placed my van rental keys in the lock box, I realized my personal car keys weren't in my pocket. They had fallen out of my pocket while driving. The van was locked with no way to get my keys. Another 30 minute wait for customer service, I was told that I would have to wait until Monday at 9 am when they opened back up. They told me one manager was on vacation and another one didn't have a personal phone number listed. I asked for any options to get help. Unfortunately, if I called the police or a locksmith, they most likely wouldn't want to wait the 30-45 minutes to reach Uhaul to get their authorization to unlock the vehicle. I waited until Monday morning and showed up at 9am. Even though I was assured numerous times that someone would be there at 9am, no one showed up until 9:30. The person ended up telling me it was my fault and offered no apologies for the delay. While waiting for the person to show up, I was on hold with Customer Service which again took 45 minutes. The customer service rep informed me that the case I opened was already closed by the gentleman that finally showed up saying the issue was resolved. This was very frustrating especially seeing other customers having the same issues, to the point that one of them gave up on getting their rental and just left. No one seemed to care about trying to help.
