A fun place to go if you like electronics, but good luck trying to find an employee to help you. Also, when they see you they always seem too busy with doing something else instead of helping you let alone ask you if you have any questions. Don't get me wrong, I love Best Buy but quality of service there has tanked. Carbondale Illinois store closed up, which sucks but the employee issue was also there when they still we're open. Hopefully the Paducah store will not close.

I spent 15-20 minutes going around looking at TVs and cell phones in my Wheelchair. SEVERAL employees walking around. Not one of them offered to help, etc. Not even when i was CLEARLY studying phones ( holding, pushing buttons, etc). As I was LEAVING, someone asked if they could help me with anything. ? I couldn't help but laugh and say no and keep going.

I had an employee named Brett Edwards that worked there help me with an item for pick up. He went over and beyond his job and expectations to generously assist me without me asking, he just knew I was struggling. Very nice and helpful. I can't compliment and appreciate him enough! Thank you Brett!

Best Buy is a shell of it's former self, but I will frequent it. It used to be my favorite place to visit, but the movie sections get smaller by the day.

I had an appointment at what they call the geek squad for an apple issue. The girl that came out was very hateful and rude. Proceeded to in inform me Apples system was down and would not be able to assist me with the problem on my phone. Although she had me unlock my phone and hand it to her for her to go to the back. Not very professional at all.

Great service when you find someone available to help you. Convenient entrances. Can enter from outside or inside the mall. It was a quick and easy process to buy online and pick up in store. Does require ID to pick up.

I made the mistake of going there on Black Friday to buy a new computer. The sales lady was helpful, but she had to break away about three times to assist another customer. After my purchase, I was told there would be a wait time of 24 to 48 hours to put programs and such 9n my new computer. The following Saturday about 4 pm, the tech from Best Buy called and we got further things squared away on the computer. He indicated my computer would probably be done that evening. He would call when it was ready to be picked up. 10 pm came and went. The following Sunday at about 11:15am, I attempted to call the store about my computer. It was at this time I was informed Best Buy stores cannot be contacted by telephone any more. I went to yhe local store and retrieved my new computer. I felt I was a bit rushed through the process.

Probably the least stocked Best Buy I've ever been to. It just gets more sad every year. They have some stuff but I honestly wonder when this store is going to be out out of business by online shopping. Why go here when they probably don't have what you want?

Great location. Staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The Geek Squad is very well trained and knows their stuff. Phone repair guy doesn’t come in until noon, so don’t come early. Lots of inventory all year round and they have access to the rest of the mall for any other shopping needs.

I bought 3 TVs paid $ 3600 cash for them on November 3 and 4th it is now November 16 they have have not shown up for today’s appointment I have had the 2 70 inch TVs sitting here since November 4 th not installed after they got her they said I needed special wall mounts which was never mentioned when I purchased them so next day I took my daughter with me to purchase a tv also she got the 82 inch tv we purchased the wall mounts the scheduled date was November 17then I found out that they Best Buy would be at my house on the 16th to Mount something they never showed up I also purchase the 24/7 service agreement for $199 a year to have better service lol this place sucks I have spoken to them several times with no results to install my original 2 TVs I want all of my money back and they can pick up my tvs T my leisure since I have waited on them several times I am furious as you can tell I’m going to the store this afternoon to get this taken care of I’m wild so Best Buy you will be adverted by me as the worst pile of business people I have ever dealt with

I Love best Buy, but not the work the Geek Squad did mounting my TV , they Put it up and it's Leanings! And they didn't run the wires as advertised.
