Our truck was broke down on the side of the road. We made a call to Thackers Transmission and they help us get a tow and called us and kept us up to date and talk to us about every options before proceeding. They were fast and the cost was decent and fair.

2012 malibu, My daughters car, just purchased car a week before her moving to college 5hrs from home and before making all the way to her new home, the transmission let's go, Thacker's was a referral and he worked it in to hopefully have the trans rebuilt in a week since she has no family in the area and needs her car desperately, Chuck seems to be an honest and down to earth guy, hopefully everything holds up but he's backing it up with a 1yr warranty, gives us a little relief for that time period.

I thought my transmission fluid was low and they checked it and it was fine so they checked my oil and informed me I was couple quarts low and what to do I asked how much I owed them and they said nothing if I ever need help with a transmission I would definitely go back there both men were very polite to me
