“Charlotte Russe is a womens fashion shop located inside the Jefferson mall in the okolona community of Lousiville Kentucky. While I'm not a big shopper myself I do find myself here quite a bit. My daughters love this shop. They have a wide and diverse selection of fashion clothes and as a father I am satisfied because they have cheap prices. Very reasonable pricing and sales. Overall it's a nice shop and addition to a mall that is foundering by all means. As mentioned my kids love it and I'm ok with it as they aren't back breaking expensive.”
