I walked in the store and was greeted almost immediately by a very nice employee. She asked me if she could help me find anything or if I was looking for anything in particular. I answered that I was just browsing. At that moment I just happened to look down at my shoes and saw that there was some thing ugly looking on the sole of my shoe. The employee also looked at my shoe and saw what I was looking at. She offered to go get me some tissue. That's exactly what she did. She brought back tissue for me so that I could wipe my shoe off. I hobbled out of the store because I did not want what was on my shoes to remain on the floor of the store. Outside of the store I cleaned off my shoe, threw away the tissue and then came back into the store to continue perusing the items. I had a very good experience, and as I walked all around the store another employee also asked me if I needed some help. There were several customers in the store and people were browsing around looking so it wasn't like I was the only person in the store that the employees were just trying to "over help". While I didn't purchase anything, I had a good experience there

My favorite MK store. Great selection of merchandise but the staff is excellent. Always so friendly, helpful and super attentive!

Nice quality bags and clothing at outlet prices! They also offer in store pickup for your online orders which is great. The store was well organized and well stocked. Lots of nice items to choose from!

They seem to carry mostly purses. Prices really not to high compared to some of the other stores where you would shop specifically for a purse..

My daughter and i went in the store a while back in hopes of getting a tote with a strap, to which the had just come out with new red ones. My daughter asked the lady how much the different sizes where due to not have prices on them. Her reply was "High"...I first thought the lady was speaking to my daughter because she kept say "hi" . So when she clarified what she was saying it pissed my daughter and I off. I heard in the past that the brand it self prefers not to sell items to the black community, BUT in this case it was a entitled black lady that was helping us that looked at my daughter and I and decided we could not afford anything over $50. Needless to say we didn't buy anything, but it wasn't because of the amount of the bag. Do better Michael Kors, do better

Im always up for an outlet and I know where to go now when im ready to do some real shopping...Their staff was also very helpful and friendly without following me through the store like you know some karens tend to do because im black or maybe because im dressed down COMFORTABLY!!May I add the way I enjoy shopping...COMFORTABLY DFYM $$$ GOOD GREAT ?
