This PNC was great! My issue was resolved very quickly, and the man that helped me was so nice! His name was Danny and he made me feel very comfortable, ask lots of questions, had great conversation, etc. 10 out of 10 banking experience! Explanations, best deals offered to me based off what I’d said I was looking for.

I had made an appointment the morning before I went in, and I was able to get in that day. The staff was really friendly and helpful. You do have to wear a mask though before you go in.

I sent an international wire transfer in early march. It was done incorrectly and the transfer didn't complete so I ended up having to go to another branch to have it corrected (due to the branches with walk-in only being closed) it was done incorrectly AGAIN and my money was held in a reserve account in the other country because they had my address at the bank and typed the swift code incorrectly. As soon as this pandemic is over I'm going to a better bank. This has taken a month and a half to correct and the bank in the other country had to correct the error!
