Been banking with em for ages with no issues and yet while I'm out on mission where paying for food with my card is vital, this bank closed my card without a single warning two months away from its expiration date. I had to mooch off others for food since there was no damn way for me to purchase food or pull from an ATM. Thanks a bunch yall.

I swear I will almost be upset when I pay off my automobile loan with this bank. Every month when I call in they are so friendly over the phone! Aerial is always a pleasure to deal with. So are all the ladies!

Despite the fact that Google incorrectly said this bank was closed at 4, their drive through was open past 4 and they were very helpful.

GGB in Abbeville was most helpful in this time of crisis, as a small business owner in Vermilion Parish it was a big relief to know that local banks will look out for local people.

The employees at Gulf Coast Bank are so nice and helpful. The drive thru tellers are fast and very pleasant! We have been banking here a long time. We love our local businesses!

I'd had an issue during the COVID-19 Crisis, and I was able to speak with Ms. Charlene Soirez who has helped me in the past. I got the personal care, understanding, and compassion my family has grown used to in dealing with a community bank like Gulf Coast. We were able to talk and work out an agreement that was fair to everyone.

I have to say not professional at all in the loan department. Discuss your business with everyone... I think it maybe illegal to do that also in which I am looking into that hope not because if so you will be getting contacted by a lawyer.. Thanks and may you have the day you deserve..

After my father's passing, I had to transfer funds from his current account and open an estate account with Gulf Coast Bank. I have never experienced such great customer service! Sherry Stelly took care of all of my needs - she was quick (well, as quick as she could be, it was a complicated situation), knowledgeable and went above/beyond her call of duty. She continues to help me to this day, as I am out of state. Her care and diligence will always be appreciated and I recommend this bank to anyone in the Vermilion Parish/Lafayette/Youngsville areas.

they have great customer service. They go the extra mile to help you. I have been a loyal customer to them for eight years nothing come better than Gulf Coast Bank. Don't believe try them, you will feel the same way.
