“I highly recommend this dealership. The personnel were very polite, professional, and friendly. They fixed the issue I had with my GMC Terrain in a timely and efficient manner. They even offered to loan me a car while mine was in their shop. The personnel and managers (service, general, and owner) at Rainbow Northshore GMC didn’t provide me with any solutions, even though the car was under warranty and leased there. They didn't acknowledge my last email. Very disappointed. It will be a pleasure to do business with Ross Downing GMC Hammond. If you are looking to buy or lease a car, you should visit this facility. “Was looking for a specific Infiniti for my wife. Found it online at Berryland Motors. Drove 3 hours to get it. My salesman Roy and the other staff, made this the easiest, most pleasurable time I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Genuine, honest, down to earth and truly great people. You can tell quickly that character and integrity is a big reason this dealership has been around for a while. So we get the car home and noticed that evening when the auto lights came on, one of the rear tail lights was out. Well, I looked online for several days for a used one because Infiniti wanted $385 for a new one. I found a few for 150ish and I was ok with that. Then I decided to call Roy to see if he could get a deal anywhere and maybe save me a few bucks. Told him what it was, part # and everything. He did his searching and called me back a little later and told me that a replacement tail light would be at my house in 4-5 days. I told him I didn’t mind paying for it but he insisted that he take care of it. That’s what I’m talking about. Taking care of customers. You just don’t find that nowadays. But you will at Berryland Motors. That’s why I hope tons of people read this and consider buying from them if they’re in the market for a good quality used vehicle and know that they will not regret it. I can’t recommend them enough.”
