I had a wonderful experience at Apple in Baton Rouge. Everyone is nice and the gentleman that helped me name Coby was awesome! He was patient and understanding with me knowing I’m still learning this futuristic technology, LOL. Top Notch customer service from the whole team at Apple of Baton Rouge!

Whew!! I made the mistake of going here to pick up a warranty item on the day they were releasing the new iPhone! I did manage to get into the store fairly quickly due to the staff making sure what everyone waiting was there for! (Line for phones outside, and Staff were handing out water and umbrellas due to heat!! Exceptional service) on the other hand, once I got inside the store, I waited about 30 min just to pick up my headphones that came in. But I guess that's to be expected when you're that slammed busy

If you’re needing to come to this store, request to work with Marcus. He goes above and beyond for his customers with rare issues (like myself), he made sure I was taken care of before I walked away. 10/10 experience ?

Let me start by stating this was my very first time at an Apple Store. I avoided coming in due to my own preconceived notions, but I arrived as soon as they opened on a Friday morning. And the ladies that assisted me made my experience exceptionally pleasant.There were already many people there, but they had enough employees to manage.I waited for about 15 minutes without an appointment, and a young lady started the process of figuring out my issues before I was actually seen. I assume this proactive approach sped up the time I was in the store.Very quickly after I was seen, it was determined I needed a new device. My device was under warranty, so they were able to get me set up in store.They were very friendly, and seemed to enjoy their work.I walked out with a working phone.They do not have a bathroom or decent wi-fi, so the update and iCloud backup did take quite some time in the store.

Quick and easy. Friendly staff. The store was very busy, but we didn't have to wait long to be assisted. Watched a live demonstration waiting. Dropped off a laptop and were on our way.

I had a bad customer service experience here. I've use this location before and the best experience I've had was just ok.Yesterday my wife dropped off my phone to be repaired because the screen was unresponsive. She had made an appointment the previous day for 11:10 AM. The person that checked her in told her it would be ready in about an hour, about 12:20. I arrived at 1:15 PM to pick up the phone. I was greeted at the door and told right away that my wife was incorrect and that my real time was 2:00 PM and I would have to wait. I had to take her word for it so, I decided to come back at 2 PM. Later when I had my phone I was able to check the original email and my wife was correct, the official time she was told was 12:20 PM. I arrived again right at 2PM. I was greeted and told to wait in the back of the store for my technician. I sat for 40 minutes. Many people that came in after me were seen before me. When the cheery technician finally came to talk to me he said that they had stopped the repair because there was a 3rd party replacement screen on there and that voided my warranty. "Did you know that?" I said of course I knew that and Yes I wanted them to do the repair. He said that it would be another 45 minutes before my phone repair was completed. I said ok. At this point I was very aggravated so I asked to speak to the manager. I told him what had happened. He said he would get with his people and see what the problem was. He came back and mostly told me that it was my fault but, that his people could have done a better job of communicating with me earlier. The bottom line is these people are just very disorganized. We made the appointments and arrived on time or early for each one. I wasted about 3.5 hours of my time due to them not following through on their plan. The only reason why I didn't give them a 1 star is that the manager did speak with me and try to help.....although I didn't like all his noncommittal diplospeak.

First time I believe I have ever been to an Apple store. This place is insane. There are so many people here looking buying Apple products. I was directed to the person I needed to talk to after walking into the door. I had no wait time. Bought my iPad and left excellent experience.

Apple products are expensive over rated and trash carry viruses and shut down completely when they do.. I'd rather buy a old Nokia Brick phone or use a land line please think twice before putting any personal or nanking cards on your phone.

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. I was greeted by an associate who said he'd be right with me to "check me in", he then proceeded to help another guest. Another man came over to see if I had been helped. I told him exactly what I wanted. He listened and said "ok", before helping another customer. Thank God I was with a friend who was able to get someone else's attention. He nicely told a female associate why we were in, who then proceeded to find someone who could help. Finally, a fourth person came over that got the job done. This was well over a 15 minute timeframe. If I wasn't a grad student 2 weeks shy from the end of summer session, I most definitely would have left. Also note that I came at a low traffic time, where there were more associates than customers. There was no reason why customer service was so bad.

Drove a hour to the Apple Store just to be told to do the same thing I been doing when I called tech support. I literally told the guy exactly what I’ve done at least three times and he told me to repeat the same process. At this point I think I’m just gonna go with another product other than Apple. Wow I should have read the reviews first. Could have save myself a drive

Garbage Service. Broken System. You will be told to go stand by the product you want to buy and wait for assistance. So, the implication is that if you walk around and, you know…shop, you will break the connection with your “help”. Your “help” is a group of uniformed Apple kids socializing with each other away from the customers. Could I go up to them and engage them about my purchase? Yeah, I could, but that ain’t the deal.

Slow Laptop, Long Wait, No RestroomOn the 15th of April, I paid a visit to the Apple Store because my laptop, which I heavily rely on as a student and entrepreneur, was experiencing significant slowness. Although I had purchased it brand new in 2015, it was not performing up to par. As I entered the store, I found myself unacknowledged by the staff. The security officers, however, informed me about the necessary procedure and directed my attention towards two associates engrossed in conversation while leaning on the counter. Approaching them, I explained the purpose of my visit, and they informed me about a waiting list and the subsequent steps that would follow once my turn arrived. I agreed and inquired about the restroom. To my disappointment, I was informed that the restroom was currently unavailable due to remodeling, and I was advised to use the facilities located in the mall instead. They assured me that I would receive a text message as soon as a "genius" was available to assist me.As I made my way to the mall, I couldn't help but notice the considerable distance separating it from the Apple Store. Although relieved when I eventually located the restroom, my excitement was short-lived as I realized there was a line. While waiting, I received a message from Apple, notifying me to meet with a "genius" at the Genius Bar. Fearing the possibility of missing the opportunity to address the issues with my laptop, I decided to leave the line promptly.Returning back to the store I walked over to the nearest associate and advised them of my text messages they then walked me over to the “genius bar” where I waiting approximately 7-10 minutes for a genius.I shared my concern with the associate and he explained he would do a diagnostic test on the laptop to check the hardware. I asked about a master reset to save time because I had to go to the restroom his response was to just go use the one in the mall. I explained that I tried but was unsuccessful because of the time allowed. As the conversation progressed and the assessment of my laptop continued the associated kept harboring over the fact my laptop was so old, showing obvious frustration with the inconvenience of an older model laptop I asked for another “genius that could demonstrate more patience and more professionalism.The "genius" assured me that he could resolve the issue with my laptop if I was willing to leave it at the store and return later. However, due to my circumstances, I couldn't feasibly leave my laptop behind and agreed to attempt the reset from home. Regrettably, the reset was unsuccessful, and my laptop ended up in a worse state than before. It failed to reboot itself and is now rendered completely useless.
