Bought an Apple Watch. The one on display had a rubber strap. I was told they had that one in stock I bought it and when I got home and opened the box, it has a cheap nylon Velcro strap. Called the store and they refused to provide the correct strap.

Avoid this store at all costs!!! Every time we have gone here for device upgrades they have changed our services or added unapproved lines without asking us or telling us about it. At one point we were overpaying by almost $900 because of unapproved changes to our bill!

Came in to buy an esim so I could transfer from one carrier to att. Mack volunteered to not only do the transfer for me but sat patiently the whole time while he discussed every snag att had along the way. He was professional patient and polite the entire time. Shining example of great customer service. Thank you for making a stressful day so much easier!

Ist employee was new, questioned the validity of my prior visits, did know where to begin to fix the problem. I asked for a manager. 2nd Employee, ( not sure if he was a mgr; never referred to himself as such) He gave me the option of filing a claim, or going to a cell phone repair place called U Break It ( not an affiliate of ATT) He helped me pull up the link to to file a claim. He stated if I had a question about filing the claim, he would be on the other side of the room to answer my questions. When I completed the claim, (and I stated there wasn't any damage to the phone), the phone had some type of virus, based on the problems that I was having. My results thst I received, after filing the claim, stated I was eligible for a replacement phone, since my phone was still under warranty.I asked for the young man that had presented himself as the manager, to see what was the next step, since I had completed the claims process. I was told he was gone for evening. He didn't bother to let me know that his shift was over!! 3rd and final Employee erased the original claim that I filed. He stated if I listed the phone as damaged, AT&T would replace it faster, or I would get better results. I again stated the cell was not damaged!! When he re-entered all of my information, that's when replacement was confirmed with a $275.00 deductible. At this point, I was very upset about everything that happened during this visit. The 3rd Employee told me I had two choices; file the claim,as he entered it or bring it to U Break It to get all the information cleared and enter the information back unto my phone. (no guarantee my pictures would be saved) He then walked away and started talking with another employee. I left the AT&T Sales Office and I went home and filed my the original version on my claim. I was told at the AT&T Sales Store, they only sell the cellphones. They don't do anything to fix them. Employee #3 Tried to convince me to get an iPhone, because according to his statement, they don't get viruses!! I won't let incompetent employees cause me to leave a company that my husband and I have been with for years. I received my replacement cellphone today, delivered by FedEx, as promised.

The manager here was extremely unhelpful and quite impatient to even listen to the issue I was experiencing. Highly recommend ATT reevaluating the employees at this location.

I went to the AT&T store because my cellphone wasn't ringing, and my calls were going straight to voice mail. When I walked through the door, I was greeted by Tee. She was pleasant to work with and very informative. I can't even remember walking into a cellphone store and great service in a timely manner. I even purchased another cellphone for my son while I was there. She is an EXCELLENT Representative for AT&T.
