After calling the Bank of America 800 number and navigating the automated gauntlet I waited on the phone 26 minutes only to be disconnected. Obviously Bank of America has customer service issues.

Can somebody please tell me is there an outside ATM an outside Bank of America ATM at this location so that I don't drive 15 miles for nothing? They sure seem to be quite secretive don't they? Odd
