The workers are unfriendly. The rooms were not as clean. Bad people just come in and things happen. Security is a joke, night time workers be sleep. No safety, car be broken

Worst place I've ever stayed. Key would have to be reprogrammed everyday, Elevator was junk, but when it breaks down they blame use not the old elevator, when asked who your talking to they remove their name tags and threaten you. Housekeeping screams at each other from one end of the hall to the other. Other than that, few of the desk people were really nice.

We stay in hotel for weekend and John Mark hotel front desk staff was great!! He help us or if we needed any supplies or help with anything he was right there to assist us. On Saturday our family and friends wanted to cook outside in BBQ area we fry fish and shrimp, John mark got us some chairs and we sat around in the gym area and laugh and talk and really enjoy ourselves. The only thing I’d say Hotel is missing is A conference room where family and friends can sit around and enjoy time together or A basketball goal outside for kids. But all in all the rooms was clean and like I said the hotel staff was top notch! I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone! And John Mark was super nice!Our room was great! Clean and smell really good!

Made the reservation the night before, and I somehow booked the room for the current night at like 9:00 pm. When I got to the hotel the next day, when I intended to check in, they told me my reservation already passed. No refunds no partial refunds, nothing. Never used the room, and I know they had tons of empty rooms. As a platinum elite member I thought they’d show the very slightest bit of leniency, but no. Moral of the story, don’t be loyal to any hotel, because they will seek to screw you over the moment they can. This will certainly be the last IHG hotel I stay at on this road trip.

Hotel is somewhat ok. I bit of smoke flavor in the room but not too bad.But has the worst internet connection I’ve experienced in a very long time. This kind of complaint was common 10-15years ago but in 2023 is really unacceptable.I had to turn off Wi-Fi to post the review.

The first 4 days there were seriously fine, the room were fine; the rooms were somewhat dingy, and the doors to them are so heavy you'll just about break your wrist trying to enter and exit. But then one the last day I was there, the NEW woman to the front desk decided to threaten to call the police if we did not leave the room IMMEDIATELY. She said her reasoning was us not paying the room in a timely manner, which we had been doing ever since we had arrived and were told it was absolutely fine and that they were a very laid back management...This was ALSO on my 29th birthday. So it ruined my entire day and all my finances I was going to originally use for celebrating.Walkability: This is DEFINITELY the defining feature of the establishment...

10 mins of lying down on the bed I got really itchy, until now I am itchy. The bed was really itchy. My sister from another room was using my toilet because her toilet was not flushing. We already informed front desk about the issue but no one came to fix it. They said there was no maintenance that night. But they were not moved to another room either. So they were constantly using my toilet. Nothing was done regarding our issues.

IHG has standards. Candlewoods have standards to meet. This hotel does not meet these standards. At least half the standard kitchen items were missing from my room and could not be supplied upon request. Additionally, no hand soap in the bathroom. Front desk did not have access to the supply closet to provide any. No sponge or cloth to clean dishes even though dish soap was provided. Dish soap was watered down. If you choose to do that in your own home, no problem. Not acceptable in a hotel. I had to clean and sanitize the entire room and all surfaces upon check-in. Gross. Broken dishwasher left me drinking g soap from all glassware that was washed in it. Leaked on the floor. On the final morning of my stay, I tolerated housekeeping singing and yelling up and down the halls and in the rooms loudly for nearly an hour before I had to request them not to disrupt guests. I'm working in my room with an expectation of normal, respectful noise levels.

Rooms were never serviced in the 3 weeks we were there. A/C units full of mold. So much moisture in the building everything in the room was constantly damp.

I stayed here for 2-1/2 months on business and I had the best stay I have ever had. The hotel staff and my room were wonderful! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

I am only giving three stars for friendliness of the staff I encountered and the lobby was nice. I have an IHG rewards and have stayed at many of their facilities and this was by far the worst yet. I only stayed one night as I was in town working and I looked forward to having blackout curtains and sleeping late only to find the blinds only covered half the window over the a/c unit. I had to rearrange furniture as soon as I walked in to be able to functionally move about the room as there was a recliner in there that just did not fit for the space provided. The awkward bar had a chair pushed into a crack that was literally big enough for the chair to fit. No space to sit there and do anything on that side. It was very strange the entire layout. The tv seemed to be positioned perfectly on the wall for someone to be in the bathroom and watch the tv. The tub had hair remnants that I had to clean before I could shower and the tub unit needs a new stopper for someone to bathe. You could hear everything in the hallway and rooms surrounding. I definitely won't be back and I would have been very disappointed if I was staying here long term.

Do not book this hotel. They cancelled my room the day before my arrival. We were traveling for a concert and had pre-Paid shuttle service( pricey)to and from the hotel. This ruined our entire night after having it all booked for 5 months. Terrible, terrible. As I’m Just now reading the reviews, I see I’m not the first person this has happened to. I hope corporate can fix this problem.

My room didn't have Wi-Fi when I first checked in, front desk staff just gave me a number which I had to be on the phone for several hours to get resolved. Loud hotel, dirty, not a good place to be. Switched rooms twice due to the noise issue and it still was noisy. Dishonest management. Smoke detectors go off randomly with false alarm.
