The employees here don't even acknowledge you when you walk in to this store. The store manager Tammy doesn't know how to talk to customer's period while rolling her eyes talking to the customer's. Prime example why this store looks low on product because it a reflection of how the store is ran. Never treat a customer like your better just because we are standing on the other side of the counter. Would not recommend anyone stopping into this store unless you just want to donate your items.

On June 12 at 4:40pm , I received VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE from "Manager" Tammy during my transaction. I came in store to return a hammer drill( leaking hydraulic fluid), which I indeed purchased from Cash America with a thirty day warranty, and was initially told I could not return due to it being the wrong item and serial number did not match what was on the screen. Manager Tammy then turned the screen around and said "You won't be getting any money today" and smiled at me. After the manager TAMMY had a very DISTASTEFUL, and HIGHLY SARCASTIC ATTITUDE towards me stating the item was swapped and her making phone calls discovering the ERROR ON THEIR END I was finally allowed my money back from the item in which my warranty was still valid for after a very LONG process of waiting for her. I ASKED her "Do I even get an APOLOGY FOR being ACCUSED OF ITEM SWAPPING AND PROLONGING MY TRANSACTION" because of ERROR ON THEIR END..She held my money out to me and stated "DO YOU WANT YOUR MONEY OR NOT?". Unsure of what the motivation of her actions were the order of events should NEVER have happened and NO ONE should ever have to go through a situation such as this. No matter what circumstances it may have been PROFESSIONALISM should have been fully displayed throughout the entire transaction, especially being serviced by the manager, TAMMY, of Cash America location on Airline Highway. As a customer at this Cash America location, I am very DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED with my experience here. Also, I strongly urge that a reprimand be in place to correct any future situations anyone may have with a female who doesn't uphold her title as more than a worker at the store, Tammy is a MANAGER and REPRESENTATIVE of CASH AMERICA PAWN. If TAMMY is what CASH AMERICA has to OFFER as a HIGHER AUTHORITY/REPRESENTATIVE this is VERY DISAPPOINTING and WILL NOT ALLOW for ANY SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTIONS/PROSPERING OF THE COMPANY. I have been shopping with Cash America Pawn on Airline next to the building material store for a long time and NEVER had an experience as such. I gave this company three stars only for employees both during a sale and after I wanted to buy back what I sold. I wanted to tell others before you sell you goods know that their employees do not tell you verbally nor is this written on their receipt that if you sell them jewelry that they will want to keep that jewelry for 30 days until they might be able to sell that back to you for a higher price. This is what really went on. I went to sell a piece of jewelry near close on a Saturday and they were closed that Sunday on Monday I called wanted to buy back that jewelry thinking that they had placed this in a bag and would not have buffed, clean etc jewelry and should only need to pay what I paid for this with maybe a nominal fee for their employees selling this to me. I told this to their employee whom told me to hold on while he told his supervisor what I stated he got back on phone and this became 30 days that I would have to wait to purchase this ring back by then they will have buffed etc. If I wanted to buff this jewelry etc myself I might do that at my place of choosing. I felt conned into having to buy back that I ewry for a higher price and without them informing m we be of what their seller police might be. I complained to their employee telling him to tell his supervisor what I stated that this was a very unfair and unethical business practice why not state on a receipt and before thus transaction what you companies policy is stating that if you sell me this and change your mind you will be able to buy thus back at a higher price and only after cleaning, buffing etc of this product are completed and a 30 day wait period. I told him that at least when they inform a customer they will be able to make a more informed choice and go to a different pond shop that might offer a 72 hour return period. I was told that I needed to make a loan on thus to be able to get this back. I did not want to make a loan. I wanted to sell this and changed my mind and this appears to simple if they placed this jewelry in a bag on Saturday at close of business did not buffing, no cleaning and where closed on Sunday and I call them on Monday after changing my mind and that ring us still sitting in a bag this place is wanting to keep thus jewelry to buff, clean and charge need for what I do not want which that buffing and cleaning. I just wanted that jewelry back and all they did do was to was paid for their employee to do a 7 minute transaction which I might understand a $10 to 15 dollar fee. This toying with a customer's emotions about their jewelry might be that this is what pond shops do whether Cash Amrica or not. I rather do business with one that is straitforward and clear and offers you a 7 to 10 days to return and get your jewelry in case you change your mind. I placed thus review to warn others. I was not angry at employee instead at conduct of business owner.
