Choose another store if you can. There are other enterprise stores near by. I had a reservation through an insurance claim. I called the store to verify I had a reservation. They said everything was OK and that they were waiting for me. They asked ne what time I was going to pick up the car and when I said around 5:10 pm, the branch manager told me that they did not have much going on in the store and if I could pick up the car earlier. Since I was not able to come earlier, He changed his mind immediately and told me " actually we do not have any more cars" Your reservation was for 3 pm and you missed the window. We do not have more cars". The store closes at 5:30pm but they would not wait for me even until 5:10pm. The manager changed his mind in less that 30 seconds after he said they were wating on me. I had to change my reservation to another enterprise store 5 minutes away from this one. my recommendation is to choose another store close by so you have a better chance of getting your car

This company has gone down. Absolute trash. Horrible customer service. You can rent online yet the location won’t even have a car. The whole city won’t have 1 single car. I will be using Avis or Hertz moving forward.

I’ve been here recently with a friend of mine and the we had to wait over a hour and a half , the guy who helped us had dreds and didn’t want to help when literally nobody else was in the store . We weren’t rude but he made us wait over a hour and a half . I just didn’t understand.For some reason he wouldn’t let release the rental to him because he couldn’t send proof of a bill(yes a bill). So we called another enterprise and spoke to manager(took two minutes) , afterwards he finally helped us . So I had to go here myself on 5/23/23 to add myself as a driver to the rental that my dad got for me . Guy with the dreds was there again and another black guy that tall/dark . I asked the guy with the dreds to help me and he left to fill up a rental with gas when he really could’ve just helped me since all I was doing was being added as a driver . Then the taller man asked me what I needed , told him , he said give him a second . Cool. My thing is if you really hate your job and want to be rude/ passive aggressive with people for no reason then just get another job .I don’t feel as if I was being rude I simply asked for help but they both just had nasty attitudes . For some reason the taller black guy was nicer to the white women who he was helping. Once he finished helping me he tossed me my ID back. All of this if need be can be pulled up on a camera if they have one . I don’t usually do reviews but I really think they have some serious issues . Rude for absolutely no reason. The only person who actually was being nice was a taller light skin guy . Those other dudes need therapy and Jesus .

The worst customer service ever in life. The supervisor Sherman was completely disrespectful hanging up the phone in my face and on my wife and would not help us with our issue at all. I would never refer anyone to rent from this location for any reason whatsoever.

HIGHLY disappointed in rental process. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had any issues or concerns amongst renting a vehicle with the enterprise corporation and am usually provided excellent service amongst the entire corporation. However, I will NEVER attempt to rent a vehicle from this particular location again. I made a reservation online from the enterprise website for 9am (opening time) since I had to be at work for 7:00 a.m.Miscommunication from the manager himself. Lots of assumptions about payment details (was never told the protocols of using a debit card vs. credit card. When I asked about using another form of payment [after attempting to use a debit card] I was told I could not use another form, implying to me a credit card could not be used.) Rental reservation got canceled and given to another customer without notification. Spoke to someone over the phone and they told me that they will reach out to another location to verify if they have another vehicle for rent. Was not given a call back about this concern.Fast forward to 11am: I had to personally reach out and give this location another phone call and they told me they had a vehicle available for rent. I personally paid for a Lyft ride to arrive to the location where another person over the counter appeared to begin the check-in process. He left to go outside and the manager entered the building and asked me "who told you to come back here?" (In a tone that was very offensive to me as if I was not allowed on the premise after literally just being told that a vehicle is available for me to rent.) After addressing this concern where I was offended, he then proceeded to tell me that there were no vehicles available anywhere at their location or nearby. This was near closing time at 12pm. I left because it was a waste of my time (which frankly I didn't have.)To summarize the day: I missed my shift at work. I was outside in the 90° weather from 9:00 a.m. to about noon because of miscommunication and lack of information. I was not told that to expedite the process I could have just used a credit card. Currently covered in filth due to this entire process. Went to a different company across town tocheck in and rent a vehicle in less than 10 minutes. I only went to this location because it was recommended by my automotive repair shop for "excellent service." Comical.
