They don't answer the phone. I want to confirm that someone can take me to Team Collision if I drop off the rental car now. I was on hold for a very long time, then was transferred to another menu with two options. Neither of them was applicable. I wanted to speak with a person! So, now I have to wait until tomorrow. And I really don't like the VW Jetta I'm driving. It's jerky and a stupid color.

Pointless visit. As many other reviews have mentioned, the game of telephone they play with reservations is incredibly difficult to deal with. Don’t expect any sympathy or problem solving from the associates at the front either. Their main goal seems to just get people in and out, not problem solve. Call enterprise, they won’t give a hoot about you. If you have a claim through insurance, please please for the love of god go to a different location for your sanity.

People are great, very professional. But I was told no smoking in the car, but when I got in it smelled very much of marijuana.

Confirmed a rental several days in advance and needing to be picked up at a particular time from a collision center- picked up 75 minutes late, asked to be taken to a closer center so I could get back to work and ended up getting taken past 3 closer facilities to one much further from work. Will have lost 2+ hours when all is said and done

I got into a wreck a couple days ago and while I’m so thankful no one was injured, my car was unfortunately totaled. This scenario obviously sucks but everyone at the Seigen Enterprise location made getting a temporary replacement rental pretty painless and easy. All the employees I spoke to in advance were polite and helpful. And when I picked up the vehicle Jackie (or Jacklyn on her business card) was such a sweetheart and took the time to connect with me and empathize with my situation while also fully explaining my options and getting me in and out efficiently. very happy with the customer service here. Thanks again to Jackie especially! ??

Jarell offered amazing customer service. He explained everything to me about what my insurance was covering and what my part was. He also explained the insurance program offered thru enterprise.

If I could zero star this place, I would. Terrible customer service. You call and speak with them, schedule certain things, and they can't follow up with the request they said they can keep. Not to mention the dirty vehicle they did give me. Was in an accident not my fault, and this is what I get. Thankfully, I'm on someone else's dime

I will never use Enterprise AGAIN IN LIFE!!! So many issues with the BAKER, LA location, SIEGAN LANE location and the AIRPORT location. From not wanting to assist and RUDENESS!!! I HAVE USED ENTERPRISE SINCE 1996 AND REFUSE TO EVER GIVE THEM MY BUSSINESS AGAIN!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!!
