Absolutely terrible. Completely ignores phone calls and emails. When he does answer, he says he will call you back and never does. Blatantly lied about attempting to extend a policy for us - the company doesn't even offer that. Took well over a week to file a claim, my husband had to email him the same document multiple times. Just stay away!!
