Robbed! Twice! Thought this place was secure. It's not. Staff is great but unfortunately the units are not secure. On the other hand, most of these storage facilities are not really secure. Do your due diligence before renting a unit at any storage facility.Update: The insurance we were FORCED to buy through the facility now says they won't pay for our loss. They said there was no "forcible entry". The policy doesn't cover "theft or unexplained disappearance". The thief crawled through a gap over the rollup entry door. Again, these storage units are NOT secure. We don't know how the thief got into the building. He may be a renter.

I love this location. This is my second time using this location and this will always be my to go to storage facility.I didn’t get the lady name in the office but she always welcoming and nice.

Leisha was amazing. She was helpful, professional and provided us with all of the information we needed. She was knowledgeable of the units and the steps we needed to follow to set up and use our storage unit. She even walked us to our unit when we were unsure of where to go. What a great experience to have when renting our first storage unit.
