Don't depend on proper delivery of appliances. Delivery crew messed up installing our new dryer. Took them 3 days to replace it and were very rude.

I ordered one electric stove on 12/3/23, the delivery date has been changed many times by Lowe’s. I received notice again yesterday, the stove will be delivered 1/15/24 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, we waited for several hours, no delivery at all; and, there is no any notice, the App shows delivery time has no change. Tried to call customer service many times, no people answering phone call. I am really disappointed about their poor service quality.

I love Lowe’s, however Baton Rouge is not what I would recommend to friends… Very slow and messy service.

I ordered cabinets in June they came in, August someone came to install them( the same one that took the measurements came to install) I got the nerve to say the measurements is wrong sent them back and they came back damaged in September set up another appointment for someone to install and loews text back to say the design wrong. Had someone come out for a quote on a window got the quote want to go ahead and get it installed and can't get anyone because it a third party and then they only have one person doing the follow up. Paid for a shed to be installed, and they said it was going to be at the end of October. Now they are saying it never was on the truck now its another delay, so over Lowe's.

Love the plant clearance section. $1/$2 starter pots. Many of the plants that are blooming just needed a little attention. I also love the selection of Outside grow containers.

Recent visits have been more pleasant than past experiences. However; my only desire is that the associates in each dependent have worked in the respective fields. Exp. Small engine repairman working in doors, electrician working in lumber, and a cashier working in electric. Put these people in their respective departments. Back to experience. I have easily found an employee when I needed one and they have all been helpful. Thank you.
