My nails are absolutely perfect! The young lady corrected the bad manicure I received at another nail salon. Their service has been prompt and courteous each time I’ve come.

Beware! They overcharge & the discounts are fake! This is definitely not luxe! They treat you like you are bothering them while they watch tv. Poor quality! I even asked for a receipt! Did not get!

Sign said 15% off all services. I asked multiple times how much services would cost. The guy tried to avoid my questions. Then, said you can go sit in a pedicure chair. They do not tend to the customers. Services are overpriced for quality! They watch tv! And old man! Where’s my 15% off??? Won’t be back!

Went in on a Friday afternoon to get a full set. The set looked good however she didnt match up the lengths of my nails on both hands so some were longer on one hand than the other. At work that Monday, three days later, both of my thumb nails came off and others were on the verge of coming off. I went back and asked for them to be removed and to either get a refund, or get my natural nails dipped. They were very nice and willing to redo them for me. However, instead of soaking the nails in nail polish remover, they peeled them off of my nails. Some of them were painful because they were so recently put on. And because they peeled them off and didnt soak them, my real nails came off with them, which is something that she noticed but didnt say anything about. Now, all of my nails are down to the nail bed. One nail was so close to the nail bed she checked it multiple times to make sure it wasn't bleeding because the skin immediately turned red. As a result for all of my nails being peeled off, she had to put tips on, which is what I was trying to avoid, and she dipped my nails. My new nails look better than the others but they're not completely filled in and one is crooked. I won't ever go back. I went originally because of a friend's recommendation.

I get that it is New Year's Day but be honest about the wait time. So much was wrong with this place. The pedicure tubs didn't have hot water so they had to boil hot water which burned! Only had like 3 people working but kept taking people but saying wait was only 30 minutes. Definitely won't be coming again.

Came to the nail salon, and we had 4 for pedicure. The girls started first (2 of them). Dude started water and put my foot in, and it was boiling hot water. I've never put my water in such horrible pain. They kept allowing people in with no wait time, and some lady soaked her hands in water for 45 minutes with no check up. Whatever they wrapped my legs in a towel with some type of lotion/gel, and NEVER wiped it off. My legs were sticky for hours. Literally the worse service I've ever had.

I’m giving 2 stars because the girl who did my nails was polite.... BUT! It’s been not even 3 weeks & a whole 5 nails have popped off from my full set. Usually a full set lasts much longer than this for me. Not only that, I paid $40 for this.... and they aren’t long..... you could say I’m annoyed.

They said they took their last customer at 8 PM; we arrived at 7:30 PM and they acted like we were an inconvenience the whole time. They did our nails very lazily and rushed us out the door. It is also very pricey for the service we received; paying a lot of money for sloppy nails is just aggravating especially when you're expecting a job well done walking through the door and seeing how nice the salon is. Unless you want to pay too much for mediocre nails, I don't recommend this place :/

Would never go back would not recommend to a friend ever paid $50 to get my nails done and one day later they were chipped seven of them were chipped. After going back to get my nails fixed and leaving the shop for 15 minutes the remaining three chipped so I went back again and got them fixed. One day later I returned again because four of my nails have once again chipped. So I returned and asked for them to repair them once again because when I got my nails done I was told that dip powder was supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks. My nails didn't last 2 to 3 days. Upon getting my nails fixed this last time I was told that this was my last time being able to get my nails repaired and if they did not stick that it was my fault. I paid $50 for my nails to last me 2 to 3 weeks if I would like to return to to three times every week to get my nails fixed if they are not lasting for the amount of time I was told that should be to. They spoke about me in their native language and before my nails were even done drying the lady told me to go. on the way home my nails messed up once again because they did not dry the amount of time that they were supposed to in the shop. Keep in mind I have dip powder and not once did they try to match the powder intensity each time that they were redone I have ombre nails when I wanted solid blue nails. Regardless of if my nails ever break again I will never be back to the salon nor recommend to a friend family member or foe. If I could give zero stars I would.

I’m in town for a conference and there’s a fancy banquet tonight. I also have a wedding to go to next weekend. I scheduled an appointment and didn’t have to wait long once I got there. The pedicure felt great and the staff were friendly and respectful, as far as I know. :) I prefer getting the dip nails because they’re not as heavy as acrylic and they don’t damage the nails when removed. I expect for dip nails to last 2 weeks or longer. However, less than 24 hours from getting them done, one nail has already chipped and the topcoat is peeling away. I don’t have time to go back and get this fixed. Less than 48 hours later and half my nails are chipped and peeling. The dips nails cost me $45. I always tip well - with pedicure and tip, I paid $95. I’m going to have to have the nails redone this weekend, unless a local salon can match the color.

Being from out of town I wasn't sure where to go for nail service. Well due to it being 7om at night this place fit our time frame. It was AWESOME!!! Absolutely the nicest, friendliest folks. I almost felt like I was cheating on my normal nail gal in Memphis (who I go to very regularly)...I have to say this place did an AMAZING job!! Will definitely come back here & do HIGHLY recommend their salon. Thanks again!!
