All reviews of this location by my fellow yelpers is 1 star? Wow---because of that I am submitting this review and give it 3 stars---perhaps it should be 4 stars but it gets 3 stars because the in store offerings at places like these are so deficient than compared to the past that I reduce it a star because I miss those stocked stores---that said, shopping and ordering is different present day and I recognize that. But back to this visit and recent visits---I believe over the last 6 months I have been to this location to pick up orders---not necessarily to shop but after placing an order online then to the nearest Office Depot to pickup ----these visits have been pain-free, quick and without incident as I walk in, go to the shelf, find my order and leave---easy as pie. Friday was a little different--not sure if it was due to product ordered (stamps) but I had to interact with a sales associate and since there were customers being helped, it was not walk in and walk out but instead, walk in and wait and check out---similar to shopping as opposed to ordering ahead of time and picking up. The sales associate was professional competent and business like so that's good albeit I though she was a little pushy--still, since this busy was different than recent visits and it being more cumbersome results in 3 stars this time. This review does not take into account online ordering whereby you order online and they deliver your order---that has become more the norm and those interaction with office depot.com have been great.

Tried to go in and get prints and they told me no, so I went to another one and they did it for me.

Chad Guidry, the general manager, is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. From the moment, I walked in I was greeted by the cashier, workers were busy put products up, and everyone had a positive attitude. I really appreciated the young man who would not take no for an answer to carry my heavy box of 8 reams of copy paper to my car. I was going to pull my car around. He insisted that he could carry it. What a gentleman! He has great leadership skills and understands customer service. Every time I go in now, I am greeted and acknowledged. I have been to other Office Depots, but this one on Perkins Rd & Bluebonnet is my go to. The positive starts from the top … and it shows. Thank you, Chad, & team!

Siegen is my store of choice but they did not have the colorable playhouse that I found online that apparently the Bluebonnet store did have. I drove over to the Bluebonnet store and the only 2 colorable playhouses on the floor were the gingerbread houses. I didn't want those because they were a perishable theme and seemingly girly and I was buying for my 2 grandsons. MATT stepped in to help me! Matt walked over the entire store twice taking plenty of time to assist and did not give up. He asked a manager in showing them they did show the jungle playhouse theme I wanted was online. After exhausting efforts, they found it... it had just been received as a shipment and had not even been opened or put out on the floor. Matt took it upon himself to HELP ME beyond the norm! THANK you so much MATT! They retrieved the shipment from the warehouse, carried the heavy display out to the front and I was able to buy this for my grandsons! PLUS - I'll bet they sell a LOT more as today it is 12/2 and us Grandma's will find this a perfect gift! FIVE STARS !

They had just what I needed. The store was immaculate, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They provided excellent customer service that is severely lacking in other stores these days. I felt like a valued customer.

The sweet young lady (dark hair) brunette with glasses was nice and knowledgeable. I loved how she swooped in to answer my question to the problem I was having of finding their Rolodex aisle and for a specific one. The guy who was originally "helping" me seemed unknowledgeable and not wanting to help much. I could have got to the point of if they have it or not a lot sooner. I am glad she came over to assist. They may have not had this item I was looking for but I will pop in again to buy more. *Sorry at this moment I can't think of her name.

Zero stars- Angela at the printing section was so disrespectful and not helpful. Will never be using Office Depot or this location again.

I’m legally blind and needed assistance with the self serve printer. Customers can’t ask questions?? Manager sucks. Employees ,need I say more

Came in for some lamination and Kelsey was very friendly and helpful and her customer service was exceptional. Great experience.

Horrible customer service experience. Mom had to print some documents out and when she asked how to go ahead and do so Angela she was rude and told her she could not help her. My mom is in her 50’s and not very tech savvy, so it was disheartening to hear that people who are are meant to help you were rude and dismissive.

I have a week old pending hold on debit card for a product that was supposed to be in stock, but canceled by the store!
