I'm here to return some broken Christmas lights and I am the 14th person in line. They have one person working for any customer service including club pick up. This is Poor Customer Service by longshot.
Don't bother pre-order for pick up, its quicker just to shop. Worst pickup ever - tried it twice. Save yourself time and frustration go to Denham Springs Sams club they have it together.
Purchased gas and charged my card $100.00. They are now requiring you to enter a PIN number to purchase gas. This is totally out of sorts. You should have an option to purchase with credit or debit.
