Great selection of things, service was iffy. Some were helpful, some were rude.

Hate to see the tool department going away. Sears still have a wide variety of department to handle most shopping needs.

This place is literally horrifying. So disgusting and the workers are rude. The bathroom is a nightmare I’ve seen nicer bathrooms at ball parks

I got so much help on the shoes that I was buying, and they matched the price that was online, that was about $20 cheaper than in the store. and they matched that price for the no problem
