I Love Sears, I know they are having some hard times right now. I really wish they would open back up in the New Orleans area. Maybe they can open a smaller store . I miss all the Craftsman Tools, the Die-hard Batteries . I can go on and on. Long live SEARS

The customer service is not good at all. All my mother asked was if the dressing room was unisex since there were guys in the room. The worker was rude and said that my mom looked like a boy since her hair was short. She then proceeded to call me a boy and was explaining how she was sure that we could go in a mens dressing room since we “looked the part”. Overall a horrible experience.

I got so much help on the shoes that I was buying, and they matched the price that was online, that was about $20 cheaper than in the store. and they matched that price for the no problem

Still my go to place for tools but it seems like every time I go there's less and less tools available. Still love the place. Just hate to see how it's going downhill now. Wish they would have more tools available. Good place to go for deals on tools.

Ive tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they continue to disappoint. Not one of the employees here not even the store manager acknowledged me with a hello or any kind of greeting in the store but yet they were all standing around in their groups talking to each other. I remember trying to apply to work here. Had two interviews and no word back. I can tell you one thing I would not want to work for people that can't even bother saying hello.

Pitiful. Costumer service was atrocious. I am standing at the register waiting to check out. An employee walks right by me and says nothing. She continues well beyond the registers where I get her attention. I then explain I need to check out and she turns back around and continues on her way. Another employee comes out the back and gets the women who walked right by me to check me out.

Ordered a mattress, box spring, and bed frame. Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Called to check the delivery status and they couldn’t even find the order in their system! After talking to multiple people who basically said â€œI don’t knowâ€ when asked how this is possible and what can be done, I went to the store. My boyfriend was sleeping on the ground and they said there would most likely be no discount. Not even mentioning how the cashier (who did not work in that department) failed to put a delivery date, which meant it would never be delivered. This place is a complete and utter joke!! It is hard to even find a worker to help with getting anything and there is never an actual employee that works in the mattress department there!! Moral of my experience, DO NOT ORDER ANY TYPE OF MATTRESS, BIX SPRING, OR BED FRAME FROM THIS PLACE! Awful awful experience!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING PURCHASE FROM SEARS. ZERO STARS-WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & EMPLOYEES EVER. PURCHASED KENMORE ELITE REFRIGERATOR FROM SEARS(BLUEBONNET) LESS THAT 1 1/2 YEARS AGO. I GET IT, STUFF HAPPENS-NOT UPSET AT THE SITUATION UPSET WITH SEARS CUSTOMER SERVICE. SEARS THINKS IT IS REASONABLE TO WAIT 8 DAYS JUST TO HAVE SOMEONE DIAGNOSE PROBLEM THEN ANOTHER 3 WEEKS TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. HAD AN INDEPENDENT REPAIR TECH MAKE A DIAGNOSIS. WAS TOLD THAT IT NEEDED COMPRESSOR AND DRIER. SEARS SAID COMPRESSOR WAS UNDER WARRANTY BUT NOT LABOR OR DRIER. ASKED SEARS REPAIR DEPARTMENT IF THEY WOULD HAVE THE PARTS ON THE REPAIR TRUCK IF IN FACT THAT WAS THE PROBLEM-WAS TOLD YES THEY WOULD IF PARTS WERE IN STOCK-AFTER CONFIRMING PARTS WERE IN STOCK(I HAD TO CALL, REPAIR DEPT COULD NOT) AND CALLING THE REPAIR DEPT BACK THEY SAID NO. I ASKED AT EVERY PHONE CALL TO BE SENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IN ALL 5 CALLS NO ONE WOULD TRANSFER ME. ON TOP OF THAT GREG, LANCE & FAYE IN THE REPAIR DEPT WERE SOME OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. NEVER WITHIN THE 5 PHONE CALLS OR WHEN WE PURCHASED THE APPLIANCE (ALONG WITH ALL APPLIANCES WE REPLACED & PURCHASED FROM SEARS) WERE WE TOLD THAT IF SOMEONE OTHER THAN A SEARS TECH LOOKED AT OUR APPLIANCE THAT IT WOULD VOID OUR WARRANTY. SERVICE TECH TRIMANI R. BARELY HAD THE BACK COVER OF THE REFRIGERATOR OFF BEFORE HE TOLD US OUR 10 YEAR WARRANTY WAS VOIDED. ALL BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM-THEY DIDN'T EVEN REPAIR ANYTHING. HE RECOVERED ALL OF OUR FREON EVEN THOUGH THE REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT LEAKING-WHY COULDN'T THAT WAIT UNTIL THE REPAIR WAS DONE? I FEEL LIKE HE DID IT FOR SPITE, HE WAS ANGRY SOMEONE ELSE HAD BEEN OUT. EVERY TIME I ASKED A QUESTION HE WOULD NEVER GIVE A STRAIGHT ANSWER WOULD ONLY RAISE HIS VOICE AT ME. ONCE WE AGREED TO HAVE THE REFRIGERATOR REPAIRED (HE ALSO QUOTED PARTS AND SERVICE HIGHER-NO MUCH BUT HIGHER THAN THE REPAIR DEPARTMENT HAD ALREADY QUOTED). HE SAID THAT WE NEEDED TO PAY FOR THE WHOLE REPAIR BEFORE HE WOULD ORDER THE PARTS. I UNDERSTAND HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS, I AM IN THE SAME INDUSTRY, BUT I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH COMBATIVE PEOPLE EVER. IT IS LIKE THEY TAKE PRIDE IN NOT HELPING THE CUSTOMER. I HOPE THIS SAVES SOMEONE FROM GOING THROUGH THE SAME NIGHTMARE WE HAVE GONE THROUGH.

In 2016, I bought a Kenmore stackable washer/dryer from Sears. In 2019, the washer wouldn't turn on but the dryer worked like new. I called sears and they sent a repairman out. After $97 for the service fee and $400+ for the motherboard, the washer was still not working. It would take up to two weeks for the next part to come in.. and that might not have even fixed the problem. During the service, the repairman lifted the machine and found a giant styrofoam block underneath. He said that it was from the packaging and the deliverymen (from sears) did not remove it before installing the machine. He believed that the block could have run up the motor (another several hundred dollars to replace). Sears told me that they could not do anything but offer me 20% off of a repair, since the two year warranty was expired. The only reason the washer broke was because of the styrofoam block that was left underneath by the people who installed the unit. I will not be returning to Sears, especially for appliances.

I come here for Levi's, and clothes for my husband he's always loved the Levi jeans and craftsman tools are the best. The appliances are made well in seen a Kenmore outlast many more expensive brands by 10 years or more. The kids clothes are reasonably priced and usually hold up to all the playing on the knees pushing little cars around. I actually love sears and at Christmas it's the best who doesn't love the sears wishbook. It's a nostalgic catalog for most American family's.

Cant really contribute much on this visit as I was just passing through. However I can add that the lady sitting near the door was so sweet. The store was very clean. Ilse were a bit overcrowded with racks which made me have to alter my plan of entrance but other than that I cant really add to it. This was the Sears at Mall of Louisiana
