Reserved a 15' truck that was available on 2-23-21 for a one way trip out of state on 2-26-21. I get to this location on moving day and they say they don't have a truck and they say the one 15' truck they do have is only for local travel. This is so unprofessional!!!

Gerald Moore was a huge help in getting ready for our move. I’ve been worried about not being able to get our uhaul in time, and he kept me assured that there would be no issue. Upon pickup, the paperwork was nice and simple and we got a newer model uhaul with no problems (so far - we haven’t made our move yet lol!) I wanted to post this now in case I forget with the chaos of a big move. Thanks Gerald.

Truck rode good but the tire straps kept coming off of the tires on the auto transporter no matter how tightly we kept securing them. I felt like we were gonna loose the towed vehicle at any moment.

GM AUTOMOTIVE IS A GOOD PLACE TO RENT YOUR UHAUL TRUCKS & Vans. Available also is an array of portable storage sheds and cabins for your property There's an inspection station there for your automobiles. Almost forgot, you can get your tanks filled there for your crawfish boils. Go see for yourself. You get courteous service from Mr. Moore.

The Uhaul I received was brand new. It was incredibly clean and the owner went over everything and verified to make sure I understood. I would definitely recommend GM Automotive to anyone looking to rent a Uhaul.
