They didn't have the vehicle I reserved for the day of my move. It was set up for 11am. No one called to let me know it wasn't ready. I showed up and all it said was something was missing from the truck on the app. As a woman it was a very uncomfortable experience. I went in and the owner explained it to me. But the thing I can't get over is he shows me the computer screen and kept asking what I see. I was so confused at what I was looking at and didn't know what was going on. I am not illiterate at all but he asked can I not read several times? I was so uncomfortable and just wanted to run out of the office. He offered me a bigger truck for the same price but I needed that size for the property. Anything bigger would not have worked. He told me I would have to call and see whats out there. It took me hours to even get through to uhaul and talk to someone. They should have canceled the reservation or let me know and the owner should have never spoken down to me like I was not able to read. As a woman felt very unsafe the whole time and then insulted after. Would not recommend. I let uhaul know the whole situation, but doubt they care about how it is run.

The worst service and plus they don't give refunds for their own mistakes and is just the worst shop in baton rouge and they don't take responsability of their job

The young lady was very helpful and nice. I managed to do everything on the phone but my phone signal was bad there and she was able to do everything faster over the computer.

Went to this place to rent a truck. There were vehicles all in the parking lot. First I was told it was broken. Then I was told to hold on, then I was told it was rented at about 10 min from the time I was standing there. Went elsewhere. Before I did I took a pic of the truck number. While passing back that truck had never moved or been moved. And before anyone says maybe they canceled, but good customer service would have taken my number just in case. I wish I could give this guy a -5 stars.

The U-haul website was down at my 24/7 Share pick-up time and their customer service line was too busy to help me in a timely manner. However, I am very grateful to the employee working at the pick up location. After trying to get my lock code for over 30 minutes through U-haul resources, he reached out to me himself to help me! And it only took about 5 minutes!Thank you a billion, Neighborhood Dealer!
