Went to 2 other locations that were terrible before finding this one which was much more professional and actually had all the equipment and materials while the others were dingy, closed when they were supposed to be open, and had no moving materials. Stacey was so helpful as well so had to get her name as she deserved a shoutout.

Dealing with the representative was fine. When we tried to return the u haul. The digital return stop working so we ended up having to pay extra because the website crashed ? I think that was alittle unfair.

Took me an hour to get my keys, the lady hun up the phone on me will never use this again. It’s apparently harder to get a uhaul than to get approved for a house.
