The store is currently on my avoid list. I order Allegro Coffee online, however. Does this store even have a manager? The produce is skippy with none of the rich variety we once celebrated. The dry bins are a shadow of what they once were. The checkout lines seem to compete with Walmart but prices are still premium.

When I walked into Wholefoods today on 29, 2019 to pick up a birthday cake when I went over to look at some of the fresh made breads because I saw another man buying some bread when I saw some small black bugs crawling all over the breads and I told the employee and she took two of the breads out and then plugged up a small fan and the bugs came out more then I went to order my cake and the bugs started to come over to the cakes and another employee came out and put the breads right back in to the opened case and both employees just look like they was used to the bugs and didn't care much about it. People can get sick from those bugs and y'all wonder why Whole foods is getting closed down and another thing y'all need to put all that food up that you leave out all day.

No - you cannot get a sandwich on wheat bread at 5:00pm. No - they do not carry wasabi peas. Yes - pizza is now 4.00 a slice. Why did I come here?

Great experience at whole foods today. Got everything I need and even got myself a delicious apple turn over treat and wow it was delicious. I should have gotten three more! Anyway got everything I needed and more. Always a nice experience.

And beautifully stocked, wines and alcohol offerings included! Very spacious, you can actually move around. Never thought I'd review a WF's!

This location has gone downhill a lot in the past 2 years. The food always looks old and skimpy, limited options, not enough workers so the lines are long and they never have enough help. As a former employee I can also say that it's poorly managed and the employees don't respect the manager. Everyone stays there because the pay & benefits are good but mostly everyone is unhappy and over worked. If they had more labor/help it would be much better across the board. I do love the produce, seafood and frozen section. I love the juice bar and wish they had more staff for it. It's usually one person back there doing everything. There's a lot of good people there and a better well respected GM would go a long way.

This is not my first trip, but it is my first check in. I was pleasantly surprised to find white, red, and purple carrots to experience them. I did a health and wellness segment about them today, so I wanted to see if Whole Foods had them. The sign said the organic carrots were 2/$3, but when I checked out, each bunch was $3. The posted sign is a little deceiving so I didn't appreciate that at all. Nevertheless, I intend to enjoy this $6 snack this time.

Super clean store and friendly staff. I love the section with nuts and candies!

Beautiful store. Great atmosphere. Exotic fruits. Clean. Happy people. Huge variety. A little on the upper end of cost, yet mostly worth it. I was surprised that the dragonfruit was $9 a pound. There wasn't a display showing this, so I found out at the register. First and last time buying it here because I found it nearly half that at another store. Definitely appreciate the samples! With so many unknown fruits and foods, it helps to be able to taste them before committing to them.

My favorite grocery store to find healthy food and unique items. Helpful friendly staff

The Breakfast Sandwiches found on the breakfast buffet is not like any other breakfast sandwich. You will see how fresh, how alive, this biscuit egg and cheese sandwich is. The jam accompanies the naturally baked bread so purposefully and delicately. The affordable price has me locked in as a favorite go to breakfast spot.

Great place to shop for organics, fresh fish and meats and prepared cooked foods. Pricing is reasonable for organics. Paper shopping bags, retro, totally awesome. Love this place.

Terrible customer service. I travel for work to different cities and go to the Baton Rouge WF location when I am in town and it is usually hands down the worst service and quality I have experienced. On February 21, 2019 at around 10 am I ordered a smoothie and a coffee (not too complicated) then went to the salad bar (taking my time) and came back and the girl working at the counter kept taking orders for people that walked up. I asked if they made my order and she said not yet. That does not seem like a good system when one person is working to not make customer orders, to just keep taking orders. At some point I needed to pay and go to work. I went to the 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' desk to give feedback and the lady there acted like she could care less. I asked if she thought it was OK that I had to wait that long and that the girl working kept taking orders and the customer service person said she did not know what their system. This from the customer service representative. Can someone please train these people? When you pay WF prices, everyone deserves decent customer service. You definitely will not find it here.

Love this place! From the fruit, (sweetest pineapples ever), to the hot food (best Lobster chowder ever), I can always find something for lunch or dinner. (And minor groceries when I don't feel like going all the way to Walmart.) 😁

Everyone shops here on the weekend, as the parking lot is full of people, carts and cars. The area that houses this Whole Foods Market says a lot about the expectations of shopping here. It's a really nice area, so, not surprisingly, the prices are going to be high - that's Whole Foods for you. Anyhow, once over the location, parking lot and initial prices, you're set for a lot of what you're looking for from a high end natural and organic foods market. I was happy to find all the fruits and veggies that I wanted for my trip, though admittedly nothing was exotic. Still, they were fresh. It's from the high turnover here with so many shoppers snatching produce off the shelves and displays like hotcakes. This is good, as sometimes I worry that certain stores will be less frequented and have old produce. No worries here! As for everything else, I was just looking for staples like snacks and non-dairy milk, water and salad dressing. Found everything I was looking for, and explored in the process. The layout is a little different than what I'm used to, but I eventually found what I was looking for with patience and perseverance. That's what you need on a Saturday at this store!

This is just like any Whole Foods you go into. They are located in a shopping center, with ample parking. They have a great selection of fresh produce & organic produce which I find can be difficult to come by in this area of Louisiana. Whole Foods can be pricey, but they carry those hard to find quality items. They have a lot going on for those who suffer from allergies as well. My favorite part about coming in is their food/coffee stations. They have a fresh sushi, bbq, sandwich, & hot pizza stations. I have gotten a sandwich on really stale bread before and they remade it for me, their customer service is fantastic! They also have a cute fridge full of macrons.

This is a fantastic Whole Foods. The location is excellent - I’ve driven there in my car and RV, and the huge parking lot always has room. Whenever we pass through Baton Rouge we make it a point to restock here because they have some items you just don’t find at other locations.

Do you get hungry when grocery shopping? Then check out the food offerings at this Whole Foods Market. The soups were all good and the salads crisp and fresh. I love their pretzel rollls.

I absolutely love Whole Foods! Since I do not eat meat, I often come here to find a meat substitute, and there are always so many choices! The employees are very kind, and they are always available to assist if needed. It can get very crowded on Sundays! I recommend trying the TTLA sandwich, which is a vegan version of a BLT, because it is absolutely delicious.

I still love whole foods. Everything at the hot lunch counter looks delicious today. The produce Dept is filled with fresh organic selections and the bakery s top notch. I buy my seafood here and it's always fresh and delicious. A bit pricey but some things are worth the extra bucks. The rest I get at my other fav store. We all know the place on Perkins Rd, but I won't mention them by name. Oh, and the 365 brands here are affordable! I especially love the Roasted Chipotle Salsa.

This Whole Foods gets 5 stars because they carry our favorite local kale chips, Taylormade Eats! Cajun Cheddar is our favorite. This Whole Foods also has the best hot food bar and great customer service.

In high school, I used to love coming to whole foods to get a wrap after class because they fill me and up and on Wednesday's there used to be a discount, but unfortunately I think they got rid of the discount. As of lately, I have been going to whole foods for their chris' crispy almond sandwich cookie which is two almond cookies with a layer of chocolate between! They are delicious, it's in the cookie case and only 120 cal.

They have the best meat selection imo. They have lots of hot food options and everything is delicious. However, prepare to leave that place broke. Everything is crazy expensive. I'd recommend making it a specialty place.. Like only get meats or vegan options there. They definitely have the best vegan options I've been able to find but again, you're gonna pay for it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You can make fresh coffee there, buy organic clothes, natural beauty products and cleaners. It's definitely a one stop shop place if you're looking to switch your home to chemical free.

Fantastic supermarket with fantastic products. Friendly customer service. Prices are definitely higher than walmart , but this is where you get the highest quality of goods.

I love Whole Foods! Love the Seduction Bread, olive/ veggie bar, etc. The pickled mushrooms are my fav on that bar! Eat then soo much... Delicious food, great service, clean, good prices (some are a little high), love the taste testing stations. Various brands, all that I do love! In a good area (near me) I just wanna say, thank you for your hospitality Whole Foods!!! :)

What is there not to love about this store ? Fresh foods, deli, home cooked meals. You can beat it. Great for people that are more into the healthy life style. So many options. I can stay in here all day.
