Terrible customer experience. I dropped off a package at their return center for the first time and the lady rolled her eyes when I walked up. She didn’t greet me and just said “open the box” referring to my already packaged box. I asked if she had a tool to open the box and she just looked at me. She stood there and watched me struggle to open the box and said “no YOU take the product out of the box”. She started serving the next customer as she said “you’ll get an email”. Terrible attitude and disrespect. I will NEVER shop or make returns at this location again… what a shame for such an upscale shopping center.

Love Whole Foods! They especially have great cheeses, seafood, baked goods, and brisket sandwiches. The one area where they could use some improvement, IMO, is the hot foods line. The food is healthy and wholesome, but it just lacks in flavor for those of us used to Louisiana cooking.

Gone down hill steadily since Amazon bought it. Less of the great products that made it amazing. Staff seems overworked now as well, harder to get help. Could barely get in the door today due to Amazon crates everwhere.

Last week I dropped some of my bags in the parking lot as I was loading them into the back of my car, and Ricky saw me struggling and ran across the parking lot to help me. His kindness made my day! Thank you Ricky.

Left the grocery store feeling disrespected! At the “customer service” area today, I needed help with a gift card that I suppose wasn’t activated and I got stuck with a worker that goes by the name Reshondo. Reshondo was very rude and if I‘m ever referred to her I know to ask for literally anyone else. I feel that she saw I was a younger adult and felt that she didn’t need to keep the same amount of professionalism with me. I don’t care if im 12, 30, or 65… I don’t appreciate rudeness when im being talked to. Instead, Reshondo took it upon herself to aggressively call out to me a random PIN number to punch in as if I knew what she was even talking about? Was she asking me if that was my PIN number or was she telling me that was the PIN number for the gift card? Anyways, long story short, if you’re miserable at your job, then leave. No one is making you work as customer service, and Reshondo definitely shouldn’t be one of their representatives.
