No autopay… when you do pay, it doesn’t register the correct time. This is the ONLY bill in any household I’ve had that I can’t autopay every bill or even effectively register an account.

Never answered the phone called 5 times! Needed an explanation on where they are located. In the same building as the animal shelter. Would have been nice to know since I couldn't see in the pouring down rain! 0 stars

Their online bill pay has been down. When I called they said it just got fixed. Well it's not fixed. When asked about late fees I'm given the directors number. This is wrong. Just don't give us late fees when your system is broke. They are rude and forget they work for the taxpayers.
