Laterica is always so nice when I walk into BFCU. Somehow she always remembers my name even though I'm in there relatively infrequently. I've never spent more than 5 minutes getting my business sorted out inside. She crushes it, and I wish I could have this quality of service across my other dealings. Handily 5/5 stars.
