I wanted to take the time out to thank this store for everything they have done for me...I lost my daughter recently and she left behind her 3 week old, I went in there with a WIC card nit knowing how to use it or what kinda formula to get...I wept as I told them about loosing my daughter and I didnt know how to do this...I hadn't had a baby in 15 years and I was so lost...2 of the cashiers and the manager took their time to not only help me but to be compassionate during this time...I went in there falling apart but I didn't feel so alone when I left and I thank you all for that...Melissa brown

It seems like the past couple months the service and the employees don’t care I didn’t go to this locations because of the rude ppl . But when manager Kathy came it’s like all that changed Haven’t seen her in there for awhile and seems like the it’s all reverted back Gotten to where I hate to go there anymore Bring Miss Kathy back - she is awesome

for one they can get better pharmacists because the 2 ladies that work there are rude an they keep changing crap on your meds even when you have gotten the correct stuff from the doctor themselves they find a way to short you on your medication. I will not be doing business with them anymore tired of these people playing god an making choices about your meds shame on them then not only that how they speak to you is very ugly an rude I dont recommend them at all. but the rest the store is nice an so are the ppl.

Love going to MY Brookshires here in Benton La. The entire staff is always so very friendly and I feel like part of a family. From the Managers to the sackers, everyone is super friendly. Getting ready to head there right now as a matter of fact.

Your meat department needs to get it together. My fiancee was given a New York strip and charged for a ribeye today. Not cool guys. If he hadn't cooked it before I saw I would have brought it back. It would be different if he didn't get it from the meat counter...

I recommend further telephone etiquette classes for Ashley at the front desk. Put me on hold for over 5 minutes and when I hung up and called back and told her that she left me on hold she said, "oh." Not good customer service.
