Went there trying to find a bolt to plug a hole on an oil reservoir on a pump. It was Sunday so my options were limited. The lady at the counter didn't have a clue on what to do. The guy that was sitting to the left end of the counter with Grey hair and tattoos just looked up and said try bearing service in Shreveport Monday. Very unprofessional. I sold & delivered parts for ABC auto about 15yrs ago and the people I worked with in the parts industry then would try to help everyone with anything before we would just look up & just send them elsewhere with out even getting up to see if we could help. But I went across the street to Autozone and got the help I needed and spent my money there.

Geez this place was bad. I’ve been in here before and it was bad, today was terrible. There was a manager at the counter that didn’t acknowledge me at the counter, that’s ok, I get that he’s busy. The employee comes up acknowledging the terrible inconvenience I am for being there, I let him know all the details of my vehicle, he gets the part I needed, and before I could ask any questions he’s ringing it up. I try to buy name brand if I can and not store brand, when I tried to ask about the one he’d grabbed then he looks at me, “what?! What?” At that point I found it in my best interest to leave. I apologized for unconvincing him an told him I was heading to the auto zone across the street.

21 female. They were extremely helpful and nice. They help with my battery and terminal. And gentlemen up front gave me a dumdum. And with having a bad last couple of days made it a better. I had a great experience 😁

Went in to get a battery for my equipment and the so called help looked at the battery and told me to go pick one out myself. Did not offer to show me the options they had to offer or give me any advise on anything. WILL NOT GO BACK!
