Terrible hours, one atm machine without the ability to deposit cash. They close down so early by the time you get off work they are at home. Closed on saturdays of course. The bank on Benton road isn’t even a bank anymore it’s a drive through atm. Idk why anybody would bank here go to a real bank. Literally a bunch of Karen’s are in charge there.

Guy at the door was extremely rude! Would not let me through the door to open an account saying the lobby closed at 12. While another customer was clearly coming out. No thank you come back or anything. Not to mention if there’s a meeting going on why is everyone running to their cars for lunch?! Do better if you’re going to be in customer service.

The only reason my husband and I bank here is because his company doesn't believe in direct deposit and his payroll check is drawn off of this bank. Since his company likes to work decent hours Monday thru Thursday and longer on Fridays my husband used the ATM to deposit his check thinking funds would be available, but nope! So, here it is, a holiday weekend and we're having to wait until Tuesday to be able to pay any bills! This is the only bank I know of that isn't open on Saturdays! I would not recommend this bank!

Horrible bank charged me 170 in over draft fees and only gave half of it back will not be doing business with this bank ever again and I advise anyone else to do the same they are greedy and don’t care about their customers. I’ve been with Bank of America for 5 years and have never had the treatment I have received from them. Never again

I have used Citizens bank to managed finances for multiple businesses for 5 years now. This bank is professional on the Highest level. Larry Ross is my banker and works incredible hard and is on point with top notch service. A wonderful lady named Lynn works closely with Larry to guarantee quality service. I have tried several other banks for satellite locations for my companies, including Chase Bank and have closed the accounts because the service and culture is so bad. I would recommend Citizens Bank over all banks and especially the business department. I’ve never had a single bad experience and I personally and I am not always easy to deal with

Drive-thru teller Rebecca O’Quinn has to be the rudest, arrogant, and unprofessional teller I’ve ever come in contact with. Maybe you’re just having a bad day, but rolling your eyes and using a condescending tone with customers is not good business practice. I wasn’t even the customer; just happened to be in the same car. So glad I don’t bank with your bank. How do you guys stay open with attitudes like that?

It's not any location that is terrible it's the bank as a whole. I have had nothing but problems with this bank from the start. If your wanting a fast, Internet express lane type of bank this is not it! If your looking for a 1940s type feel then place your money here.I don't have a problem with the people here other them that one rude teller lady on BENTON rd, just their way of business is my problem.....

I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. I must admit that she's a very honest woman. I have no way of thanking her than letting people know about her services and recommend her for everyone to trade on her platform. I have never encountered service as poor as I received on 2 separate occasions by the Branch Manager in South Bossier. It was perhaps the most confrontational, rude, unprofessional, and abrupt encounter I have ever experienced. She constantly interrupted as I tried to convey my problem and spoke over me as I was explaining it to her. I am thankful I didn't move my business account that I was considering doing - it only cost the Branch 15% of their total deposits. It was such a horrible encounter, I feel sorry for Ms. Sepeda who has always treated us with kindness and professionalism.
