I got there and it had a lock on the storage room I was renting and it wasn’t clean out she ask me if I didn’t mind cleaning it out

The on-site manager Deshonda is professional, competent, accommodating, and friendly.
She goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide outstanding customer service. She knows the complexities of her position, and she executes them effortlessly, and all with a smile! They’re a scam, they get you in at 75 a month that only last about 6 months then it goes to 100 a month another 6 months it’s 116. Stay away from them they’re predatory.

The onsite mgr is very helpful & attentive. She's always super polite & very eager to assist in any situation. She's also very helpful & always takes the time to ensure that you get exactly what it is that you're looking for.
