One star! I was helping my boss schedule her sons birthday party. We started a few weeks in advance. I called to set up a party at the Bossier Swim School and to get pricing. I spoke with Felicia and she walked me through the entire thing (what they provided, cupcakes need to colors, the offer a decoration package for an extra charge etc). I went ahead and booked the party for my boss that day or the day after with a $200 deposit. There were some missed calls but we finally got on the same page, it was verified that we would be having the party at the BOSSIER location multiple times when we spoke. Felicia contacted me 2 weeks prior to the party to get the theme, colors for cupcakes and etc and asked for another payment of $200 to cover that. The week of the party Felicia contacted me again to get the last payment. Total of $600 for this party my boss is out! Only for her to show up with her son at the BOSSIER location the day of the party and the building was locked up tight! My boss had called the morning of the party as well to verify that the party was at the BOSSIER location and she was assured that it was. When she contacted them to see what was going on they told her to just come to the Shreveport location… not acceptable! All this while guest started to arrive.Thankfully Party Central was able to pull off a fantastic party for her and her son but not without the burden of having to come out more unnecessary money.I have since tried to contact them three times about a refund! Once I was told that Felicia would be in, in about an hour and would call me back but I never received a call. The other two times I called from 2 different numbers and there was no answer.They hung up in my bosses face when she finally did speak with someone.This is absurd behavior and very unprofessional. I would not recommend!

Audrey was so patient to get my stu burn screaming three year old to trust her. She is a great teacher and an asset of the swim school in Shed road. 4 star because there are some stuff indoos that need maintenance which is not the teachers' fault.

The only reason I gave this a 5 star rating recently is because it’s always been a good place and I went there. But today I had my birthday there and my friend had jumped off the rope swing and couldn’t find the edge of the pool and had started drowning and the life guard looked straight at her and did nothing. But she made it out ok. She also mean mugged me and my friends.

The swim instructors are very well trained and great with kids. This is our third year and we are pleased with our child's progress.
