Awesome selection of products, both household and food items with excellent prices! Kerion the cashier was very helpful, professional and personable! 4 rather than 5 stars given as the store is in the middle of changing seasonal items, so several shelves were being restocked and this location does not have a cold/frozen food section like some others around the country do.

Big shout out to Omar in the furniture department at the Chalmette. La. store.That young man was amazing. When I tell you he went above and beyond to help me out. His customer service attitude was exceptional. He deserves to be commended. Thanks Omar may God continue to bless you.

Store employees as you walk in welcome you to Big Lots if it is anything I can help you with please let us know was stated the store was very clean and organized which I really appreciate it from the employees walking into the store to the employees on the floors working feels very nice with smiles and welcome you and welcomes you to come back as I was checking out count everything I need keep up the good work at the Chalmette location I will return

LLOVE Big lots in Chalmette, the employees are very sweet and smiling, I know that they are aggravated with some people ?, but I have always had a great experience ? I'm just upset that I missed after Christmas sales
