This store has gone down hill.Selling expires vitamins and not giving me sale prices. Also I've call to ask something they pick and ask me to whole on .never comes back to answer phone. GNC Chalmette can close it doors here!!!!!

This store has horrible customer service, the employees lock the door at random times and close the store. There was a note today on the door that said we left come back in the p minutes , I came back an hour later to still find no employees inside.

Very disappointed....the employee on duty w could not log in on their system and was unable to open register. She was clearly frustrated, called Mgr via phone for assistance...temp reset passwords didn't work for her..it didn't sound good for resolution so I left.

TRIED to get there but called first to make sure they had what I wanted. I live too far to make a blank trip. They never answered the phone. Five (5) times no answer. One (1) time line was busy. Sad

I arrived at the Chalmette location at 7:49pm and the door was locked. I rushed from work to beat their closing time, which is 8pm. I knocked on the door and the young female shook head and said closed. I pointed at my clock and she just shook her head NO. I was NOT happy. I made it in time and was told no. If management wants more information on this female send me an email. Thanks.
