delivery drivers steal packages. have them on camera at my mailbox scanning package as delivered just to put it back in the truck. absolutely criminal and nothing you can do about it

The employees are criminals and dishonest, they mark orders as delivered without having delivered them. I made a purchase for Christmas with plenty of time for it to arrive. It should have arrived on 12/21. but it was delivered on the 22nd yesterday, that same day they marked it as delivered but they didn't deliver it, I wasn't at home but I looked at the camera images and the USPS car never passed by. And I still haven't received the package. The counter staff are also dishonest, you ask for a type of service and they add a more expensive one without you knowing.

Acquired pobox , somehow my name wasn't place on the box, causing amazon packages to be sent back , never received a refund because the packages was scanned delivered, no problem maybe 30 bucks lost , bigger problems navy federal put a hold on my account because mail was sent back and I didn't respond or update my address that was an already updated address but because of the return mail they figured possibly fraud same thing with capital one , hey I get it they deal with alot of mail but simply mistakes can make someone life crazy ,doing the least and hiding behind a union has to stop .

They advertise that they renew passports. They have you make all the copies of documents and schedule an appointment. And when you get there for the appointment, then they tell you that they don't do passports on Sarurdays!!!

4 star, not 5 because of the misdelivery of my mail, but read on. Went in and showed a printout from my Informed Delivery stating a very important piece of mail from my attorney had been delivered yesterday to my mailbox, but it wasn't there. (Wendy) was super helpful! She drove out to my mailbox (clusterbox) and after a thorough search, actually found it in the clusterbox next to mine! I am super thankful! I would also like to note that there was a wonderful teller who actually offered to (and did) help an elderly gentleman fill out some paperwork that he was having trouble figuring out. She was very kind and patient with him and that was just plain nice and refreshing to see. I wish I'd gotten her name as well. All in all, there are at least two very kind and helpful women who work here and I wanted them to know they are appreciated!

Very inconsiderate staff. Went with my father and he was simply trying to ask a question since we don't ship things very often and was answered with completely unnecessary rudeness. The lady who responded to him then proceeded to even talk about him to other customers while we were still standing there and was rushing people saying how she "wanted to get out of there" as it was nearing closing time. Another customer tried helping and answering my dad to which she then called this other customer to come over and told him to "stop helping him [my dad]." She just insisted on being rude for whatever reason.

*DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR PASSPORT APPLICATIONS* I would leave a zero rating, if I could, and here’s why. My 73 yr old father applied for his passport with no problems. Paid all of his fees (including expedited processing fee and all money orders required) in cash. 4 weeks later, he received a letter from the Department of State telling him that his passport fee was not received. The passport agents at this approved passport facility did indeed collect his fee(s), which would have been mailed with his application by the approved passport agent. Either it really did get “lost in the mail” (said in my most sarcastic voice, because, seriously the post office mailed his application and fee), or someone decided to take advantage of the cash transaction for their own benefit. As a result, he ends up paying double for his passport. I also can’t get anyone to pick up the phone at this location and I have been trying for 4 days straight.

Made an appointment online for passport months ahead for a Saturday. Was called on the day of stating that they don't do passports on a Saturday. Saying they have a sign on the door yet online is still taking Saturday appointments online.

Called and complained about the driver speeding through neighborhoods and flipped me off when we told him slow down. I think he was given a promotion as a result.

Problem with parking as the Post Office is allowing semi-trucks to park in the parking lot and one of the trucks right now is loaded with creosoted timbers for the railroad and it smells harmful all the way to Win Dixie!

This place is absolute garbage. They have the laziest drivers and rudest support. My mail box is clearly and easily able to be accessed and they put the letters in it, but my package has "no access to location" it's a package that definitely could have fit in the mail box

no one ever answers the phone. Usually only one person working and they look as though they dont want to be there. Never a smile or polite person behind the desk for years now.
