I was in town & visiting family, for a few days. I needed adult gummies for my husband & myself. I couldn't believe the prices. THE GUMMIES Were 3X the price with fewer milligrams. ( From the ones i typically purchase) Everything was more expensive. The young man who checked me out was VERY Nice & helpful. SO HAS GOOD Customer Service. WAIT the parking lot was sorta dangerous. I had to back up a tiny bit and turn my wheel at least 3 times. Almost got hit with other vehicles coming into the parking lot. I wouldn't recommend going here for vapes/ or gummies.

Hours online say they close at 11, but if you get to the doors at 10 you’re sent away.

Customer Service rep wouldn't accept my return of vitamins that were opened before purchase (they were in a box, I didn't open the box and lid to check...). She said our receipt was too old. I went online when I got home to check the Walmart return policy, which states 90 days. And it was WELL within 90 days. It wasn't even 60 days! She also had me looking for online purchase receipts to then tell me to complete that return online! Why have me stand there holding up the line to find the receipt when she could have just said to complete them online?!

I'm disappointed with Walmart that it has turned out to be a self check out retail. It's unbelievable that individuals have to get off work at times, go get groceries etc go from aisle to aisle for items to get up there and have to check yourself out at self check out which makes u are picking every item all over again and doing a Walmart cashier job by scanning all your own items with no sort of discount is outrages to many!!! It's ridiculous that this is happening everywhere and all over!!! I feel that these jobs will have folks if they gave folks schedules they want not different shifts, morning, than evening, or closing. There are folks for every shift hire folks for the shifts they request and things will be better. You have folks who like mornings, evenings, closings and just wknd, make those shifts available just like that and watch the big difference. Walmart also goes by points when being late or absent which nowadays with life things are happening rapidly and constantly so I feel there's rules to obey on every job. Just hearing Walmart don't play and let's go immediately after certain amount of points. I use to love going to Walmart shopping now it's like prepare for long waits in the line cause I definitely been waiting everytime I've been going there does not like self check out.

I’ve been a life long Walmart shopper up until today and won’t be spending another dime there! Yesterday, I accidentally left behind a little over $40 worth of groceries and didn’t realize it until later last night. I returned to the store the this morning with my receipt only to be told there was nothing they could do since it was self checkout. Yes, it was my negligence but I am human. I asked if they could simply roll back their cameras to prove I did in fact leave the bag of groceries, but they refused. Had someone been stealing though they would not have hesitated, so at this point I feel like Walmart stole from me. I truly believe the groceries I paid for were returned to the shelves and that is wrong on so many levels! I tried speaking to the store manager Maxi Pierre over the phone but was told the manager was not there today. I was so upset I didn’t get anyone’s name before leaving the store. With times being so hard right now and with these extremely high grocery prices, I was hoping Walmart would do the right thing. They have failed me. Please double and triple check your purchases before leaving this store to avoid this happening to you.

Pick up is very slow. I have had at least 4-5 transactions within the last few months and had to wait for orders for over 30 minutes or had my order canceled while waiting. I also order from the other Walmart further down Judge Perez and Sam's. However, they are more efficient and I usually don't have issues with Pick up. At this location, I had interactions with a lady with glasses and a lady with two earrings in her nose during my last pick up. My order was canceled while I was waiting for it and had inquired about it twice. The one with glasses was very disrespectful and rude, actually arguing with and demeaning customers. The other promised a compensation for my troubles but it never happened and the corporate office had to correct issue.

They don’t have enough employees to check customers out. Prepare to be waiting in line 30+ minutes. You’re better off going to Canseco’s.

I use this Walmart a lot and it's generally very good, but when they mess up, they really dive in to it.For example, today: I ordered a grocery delivery that included a Canon printer ink cartridge. The cartridge was delivered in an open box that was sloppily taped shut. The cartridge inside had clearly been used. So, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DID. They tried to pass it off on me, on purpose.I immediately requested a refund and they first said "Sorry, no need to return the junk we sent you, our bad", but then they said I had to bring it in, in person. It's a good service, Walmart+ delivery from Chalmette Walmart, but if they make a mistake, they cannot fix it, and they might only respond to apologize a couple of days later.

Workers are very nice, but not very helpful or prompt when asking for help with something on a higher shelf, or in a locked cabinet. Store is well kept. It's FAR less crowded early in the morning.

If you going to close at 10:00 pm, change the closing time on the website. Why close the self checkout, if you trying to get people out the stores. 3 checkout lines are open at 9:45pm and all 3 have people in line all the way to the clothes. Walmart need to do better.

Last 2 nights I've gone, they've rushed ,closing an hour earlier than posted. And shut down all but 2 cashiers and 2 self checkout machines. Lines for checkout went halfway through clothing departments. Ridiculous, bot gonna drive back and try again tomorrow. Left everything in the cart at front of store. Nobody has time to wait 45 mins in checkout

They close at 10, not 11 and they’ll shut down the self checkout lanes at 9:45 so it takes even longer for everyone to get out of the store. Make sure you can finish shopping by 9:30 so you don’t have to wait in line for 45 minutes. It still beats the tchoup Walmart though.

Went in to find some outdoor hand carrying fans. I found some that went around your neck. The store was clean and the customer service from the employees was terrific.
