Best AT&T store around!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are always going out of their way for me! The sales reps and managers are very receptive as soon as I walk in the door. They are sales reps, not technicians or IT but I greatly appreciate the efforts they put in to try to help me with tech issues or they guide me in the direction of where to get help if it’s beyond their expertise. They have great customer service skills and assist me in getting my bill where it needs to be so I don’t have to call the billing department. They’re able to get my tv services, internet and cellular service at an affordable price that works for me. I love that it’s a one stop shop for my entertainment needs! Keep up the good work!

My representative, John, was very helpful and knowledgeable of at&t products and services. I would recommend seeing John when visiting the store on Hwy 190 Covington.

Came in and both employees were busy, fair enough. However, after waiting for half an hour, being the only customer in the store (apart from the two being helped), I was completely ignored. They were avoiding making eye contact with me and it wasn’t clear how much longer they were going to take, so I just left, felt really rude.

The ATT Store located at 1102 N Hwy 190, in Covington LA will never get my business again. My encounter was with a gentleman named George, who was labeled the manager. To summarize, he completely changed my families service plan to a new service plan, complete with all new insurance coverage. This, after being told on numerous occasions that we did not want our plan changed. Once we discovered his actions we returned to the store and the response was "we are trying to save you money". What he failed to understand is he blatantly modified our account that had grandfathered items that are no longer available, and we did not want, nor authorize the change. Furthermore, he continues to be dishonest. He agreed to remove the insurance he added and put in a case to have our old insurance reactivated, and again, he has failed to do what he committed to doing. To conclude, George's unprofessional actions have cost my wife hours of lost time dealing directly with ATT on the phone attempting to get our account corrected. If you have taken the time to read this post to this point and are considering using this location, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to avoid such unprofessional service. I cannot confirm this, but I believe the changes to our plan and new insurance policies likely result in a sales commission for George, thus the unethical actions are taking place, even after specifically stating you do not want service plan changes.

Came into this location asking about trade in value in my phone towards a new iPhone. AT&T was having a promotion and claimed my phone was worth over $500 towards a new phone. My phone was only a year old and in perfect condition. After a month of not seeing any pending credits on my account, I returned to this location with all of my paperwork and receipts, ready to turn in my phone just prior to the 30 day mark. The associates told me that the phone was showing on their end. Upon reviewing my account I see that 10 months past now there has never been any pending credits for the promotional trade in and I was essentially robbed of my previous phone.

The salesperson I had, Brittany B, was an absolute joy to work with. I usually dread upgrading my phone because it is such a lengthy and miserable experience. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and made the visit fun and relaxing. 20 stars for Brittany B!

If i could leave a negative review I would. I have been a long time customer and my family retired from ATT. Worst experience here in my life. I went in to turn my phone in and I was rudely treated by a young man working there with glasses. He refused to help me. I literally only wanted to be able to mail my phone back to the company as I was told to do by customer service on the phone. When he wouldn't help me and threatened to change my bill without permission I asked to speak with a manager. He got in my face and said "Oh! Your one of those! You disgust me. You make me want to throw up!" Then sneered at me and told me he would never help me and I could leave. He threatened my phone service. I did tell him to f off at that point and asked another rep to get me a manager. I asked for a manager to which they did not solve my problem but sent me to customer service. And it so happened to be my birthday also. Thanks ATT for a memorable day of being verbally assaulted by their representative. The managers did nothing as he continued to attempt to insert himself into my conversation with the manager on multiple occasions. I had to tell him to leave from around me multiple times. ATT did nothing to correct this issue and did not do anything to provide any form of customer service.
