I made an appointment to get 4 new tires, but when I got there I was told that they could not put on the tires as the rating did not match my vehicle, and the alternative tire would take a week to get in. However, when I checked on the tire rating for the vehicle, the tires were rated as appropriate for the vehicle. The technician was condescending and the whole process was a major disappointment. I went elsewhere to get the tires that I originally asked for, and which were rated as acceptable for my vehicle per the manufacturer.

Best Costco in the world. No lines for gas, which is unheard of at a box store. Great people and they have pretty much anything you need. Great optical center as well!

Clean store with a wide variety of products to choose from. The pharmacy has bargains I can't find at places like Sam's Club. They also have a fantastic team at the eyewear section. They helped me with multiple custom transactions. I would definitely recommend this location!

I love this place. There are lots of pumps and never a wait. I need a receipt and have never had a pump without paper. The price is always better or the same a what I'd pay at other nearby stations.

“Best kept secret”! It is always clean. Gas is cheapest around and there are NEVER any lines unlike the Costco gas station in New Orleans. The attendants are always very friendly and helpful. You can drive right up and pick your pump. It is a treat to get gas here! Great hours too for commuters.

Great store. Clean and easy to park and extremely clean bathrooms and paper towels to dry your hands in addition to the airport dryers. Great selection of clothing items as well.

The Optical department is top notch. They were wonderful with my 5 year old from picking out a great durable frame that stays on his face. The teaching they did with him made a great impact on him. If they aren’t on your face they are in the case!!!!! Highly recommend 😎 Oh, the best part we got 2 pair for $80!

This is the least crowded Costco ever, probably because nearby Sam's Club had a cheaper membership fee. But, Costco has much fresher produce, and much more interesting prepared foods too. I do wish the Costco gas station had diesel, but alas it's gasoline only.

What a rip off with $20 shop card with purchase of new membership with the Covington store grand opening!!!
I called Costco customer Services this morning to find out why I hadn’t received my $20 Sop Card with purchase of new membership and was told that because my zip code was not in the same zip code of the Costco Covington store, that I was not eligible for the $20 shop card!!! No where in any of the fine print does it say that!!!

Not for me, a two person family. Most things are not less expensive, even in bulk. Not a lot of choices, just a Lot I do better at Aldi where thibgs are packaged in small amounts

Went to New Costco this morning to get information on Commercial membership and options. As a current member of Sam's Wholesale Club for over 15 years, I wanted to see if Costco had items we usually purchase as well as Fuel offered at this location. There is No Diesel available at this location unfortunately and I was told by a "greeter" there was no way to enter Costco without paying $60.00 or Commercial membership of $150.00. Not being able to compare quality of products offered, convenience, cleanliness it's hard to justify the expense.
