Home Depot always delivers! They always have what I need to fix things and solve household problems. However, as I'm not really a handyman, it's also a giant craft store where I can build all the Pinterest projects and just imagine all the other creative projects I can do. The lighting section is my favorite.
Ladies, I be remiss not to mention that the lumber section is also a great place to get a date and meet ruggedly handsome dudes. Just hang out in that contractor area and you are sure to meet someone while you peruse those 4 x 12s.

Whoever is designing this website needs to be fired immediately. I never thought trying to find a piece of rental equipment would be this difficult and aggravating.

I had to run to this store today during work. My boss got upset with me because it took so long to go and take care of what I needed to do. I had to return a 32x32 shower stall that the associate had wrongly given me. I showed him the 36x36 on my phone and he put the wrong one on my cart. We didn't realize the mistake until we arrived at the job site 30 minutes away. It took forever to have them get the one I needed off the the 2nd shelf. The associate decided that she needed to take a 5+ minute bathroom break before she could go up the lift and retrieve it for me. Otherwise 5 stars for convenience and inventory.

It is a very well-oiled machine. We were able to find everything we needed on the very first trip and even though some things went wrong on the job I had all the pieces and parts necessary to make it right thanks to the Covington Home Depot.

Impossible to get off work at 5 pm and shop the garden center. Wondering what time the garden center actually closes. Twice we've pulled up a little before 6 pm and the gate was closed. It's ridiculous to expect customers to grab a cart, load it full of mulch and then have to drag it all the way through the store to check out. 6 pm (actually before 6 pm) is way too early to close the garden center. You know it's bad when Walmart had their garden center open longer than Home Depot. And no it wasn't raining.

You have to get an employee to retrieve the items you want off of the shelf vehind lock and key, but yet you then need to be escorted to self check-out, and proceed to ring up the same items by yourself. You would save time ordering it online and have it shipped to your house.

This place was already a problem with the facial recognition harvesting that is going on with the self checkout counters, but at least I could avoid that by going to the outside counters. But now they are willingly participating in unconstitutional surveillance by having FLOCK Automatic License Plate Readers at every entrance to the parking lot. This is disgusting, especially for a private corporation to permit it. Says a lot about their ethics. I already go to small business when I can, but I definitely will never be going back now. And if you don't know what a FLOCK camera is, go look it up. A private corporation uses them to track you wherever you go. Disgusting Home Depot, if I could give you zero stars I would.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank two exceptional team members Assistant Supervisor Aliya and store representative Ja’Kirstan I also want to express my gratitude to the store manager, whom I unfortunately did not get the chance to meet, but who clearly leads a great team.
These ladies went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had never experienced before. They were incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across people who not only do their job well but also treat you with such respect and kindness.
Their professionalism and warm attitude made a difficult situation much easier, and I truly appreciate their support.
To anyone visiting this store, please take a moment to be kind to these employees. They are good people, and they deserve to be treated with the same patience and respect that they show to others every day.
Thank you again, Ja’ Kirstan, Aliya and supporting team members(porter), your efforts did not go unnoticed.
