The staff at PF Denham Springs is the best! They are very professional. They really make you feel like you belong. I travel much and this is the best PF I have ever been in. Thank you.

Don't waste your money here. Your better off paying a professional gym. They have alarms on the weights, the staff doesn't work out so they can't help you with any questions you may have. The manager is very rude and moody. My billing information was put in wrong by the staff. When I was charged monthy, I was charged a late payment as well. So it was a pile of charges. In the meantime I left several messages for the manager to contact me to help assist me with these problems brought on by staff. Months went by after me constantly asking for the manager, i got no return calls and no help. I called customer service they said you have call your local gym because its franchises. Also, the tanning beds are disgusting. I took pictures so you can see hair and scum all around the bottom of the stand up beds. When i finally talked to the manager, she was extremely rude and moody. Would you like to know the tastless response I got,,,, my membership canceled and I can no longer go back. She argued with me about my complaints and trying to get intouch with her. That is a very cowardly move. I feel like I was treated very unfair

PLANET FITNESS IN DENHAM SPRINGS ON RANGE ALLOWS MEN TO USE THE WOMEN'S RESTROOMS AND LOCKER ROOMS. I CALLED TO ASK IF THIS IS THERE POLICY AND THEY CONFIRMED IT!

Planet Fitness is excellent with a large variety of machines & equipment. Also, the staff is friendly & available to help. I love the fact that the management keeps the equipment in great shape and this is the cleanest club I’ve ever seen.Thanks Planet Fitness!

Im interstate trucker.That was really disappointing,when i called to equire that if i can park(midnight) and workout in morning(5 or 6 am) and leave before working hours.. receptionist said landlord doesnt allow 18 whellers and we might bootup ur truck.PF need to makeup regulation which should allow some hours for truckers or large vehicles in parking,they can limit it by night or late evening hours when parking is empty.New Gen truckers also want to be fit.

I was having issues and the manager reached out to me personally and explained to me about the new machines that I was having issues with and offered to show me how to work the machines or have an employee help me. He is a fantastic manager that really values customer service which is refreshing in this day and age. Highly recommend planet fitness!!!

Love this club. We like to work out early in the morning before work. 3:00 a.m. 4 times a week. So much available equipment to choose from keeps it fun and productive.

Not the best gym but hard to beat for 10 a month, if you use mostly cardio or machines then you'll love it but those people like me who want to destroy on legg day and use the free weights, good luck getting a bench and it's almost impossible to get an open squat machine
