The WORSE bank ever, i will never go here again to cash my checks anymore and I’m recommending everyone to never go here again, they have the worst service ever and to the lady that had the attitude with me through, you need to find another job because banking is not for you…

People are rude and extremely unhelpful. Manager is the worst. No help, no answers. They have no idea of the term customer service!! Your money would be better under your mattress than entrusting with these people!

As a business owner I will never use this bank This bank is a joke you're gonna have 3 people at the teller making small talk when you gotta line out the door to get business done and then when you get up there you're gonna charge people to cash your own checks what a joke

Only reason a 2 star is because the lady I was just on the phone with was very rude and kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain my situation. I've been a loyal customer for several years but if that's how yall will let your employees talk with customers, I will go elsewhere.

This is literally the slowest bank I have ever been to, 30+ minutes in line (2 cars ahead of me) and then 15 minutes for a deposit (only takes 1-2 minutes at a normal bank)I have switched to the bank in Ponchatoula, they are literally 100 times faster.Management needs to take a look at this bank.

This is the slowest bank I've ever been to, I went there just to make my deposit, something that takes about 3 minutes at other regions Banks... 45 minutes later...Like I don't get it at all, I don't know what these people are smoking.This happens on a regular basis.

I wish I could give zeroI deposited check to cashThen cashed deposited but the teller put it into a completely different account. I called there several times before closing and no answer. Then I called the help service. They say I have to go in person to resolve this issue to that branch. It is Saturday.
