Took my cash money and said my problem would be fixed within a hr but was not fixed they stole the money and stoped answering the phone robbers customer beware the girls name was alison i called customer care and they told me that the store kept the cash instead of puting it on my bill then acted like they were closed go to tunnel

Boost mobil is the best for me. I needed a new phone just like I had paid 20.00 when servi w connected,she said it was old and they don't carry anymore. The cheapest phone with connection fee(which I don't feel I should pay activation fee) 101.00. I walked in wanting to spend maybe 59.00 . That is my only complaint.

There are great they are there when a problem accurs when I need help and if they can't resolve the problem they send me in right direction but I haven't had any problems that they couldn't resolve there at that store thanks boost great place and employees Happy Holidays to the entire Boost Staff
