Rude woman sitting at low desk wouldn't give me her name and told me "nobody in here going to give you my name either." Nor would she help me trying to get information about low-cost computers offered through a government program. Attitude all the way. My recording was too large and cut short. Due to my spouse being laid off, I was recently eligible for reduced price internet. I called some 1 (800) number to apply and was told it's a 3 day determination time. My last bill showed what my normal draft would be, although they drafted $30 less than my bill showed that they would. That's when I assumed that I was eligible. I went in here hoping I could get some direction, but I was met with rude and condescending behavior. This is who I choose as my provider and get treated like I'm wasting their time to help me during a simple inquiry. We need a computer for work searches and resume writing. No help here on how to get a deal before he gets back to work. Smh

Xfinity is my all time favorite service provider for in home internet, specifically for Houma. I’ve never had it anywhere else, but it’s definitely good in houma, and it’s cheaper than most other companies for internet for the same wifi speeds.

The worst service we have ever had we had a bad router nothing coukd pick it up over 20 ft away we had argue about getting a new one a month later tech comes out telling us it must be something in our house then finally installs a new one and everything works. He takes old router with him they try charging us for 2 routers that takes hours of phone calls we finally so sick of them we cancel service and they keep billing us saying we owe them for the router that didnt work and their tech took we had it auto billed to a credit card they have tried billing for 3 more months we disputed the charges and now have sent the days and times we have talked to them about this 9 phone calls and 4.5 hours of our time. Worst customer service I have ever seen

Worst service ever payment was taken twice. They bill a month a head. Been waiting on a refund for almost 3 weeks. Said I can't get my refund they applied it to my bill. They i still camt see that they applied it too. But can't update it in the system. So I have $375 floating around d in thin air. And customer service is a joke

I went to this Xfinity store and it was just bad set an appointment and drove 2 hours to get to this store and I guess the workers was ready to go I was trying to get two upgrades and I was turned away because they did not feel like it and when I tell you I rushed out of work was driving 175 mph to get here under 2 hours and because you didn’t feel like it really and the fact for you to tell me that is a slap in my face as a company Xfinity need to hire people that want to work
