I went to pick up a prescription up and they claimed they were working on it( 2hours after it was called in) I went again several hours later and they couldn’t find it, until they updated the inventory. I was told it would be several hours to fill the prescription that was called in at 8:00am and I checked twice at noon and then at 4:00pmMy other medication was waiting for my doctor to call to verify, but he did do that twice within a few hours apart. This CVS is incompetent to say the least, and wasn’t helpful at all, in fact, they were borderline rude!

It’s always something but today was the last straw. I’ve filled a medicine for months using a good rx coupon. Today the lady tells me my total was $150. I said no, I had a coupon on file for it. She tells me “well it is for 90 days.” And “every time it’s filled it will default to insurance”. Again I said I use a coupon. So she checked & ran it again which took all of 3 minutes and my new total was $41. Then she tells me to call before going in next time to let them know. Let them know what?? Since when do you have to call a pharmacy ahead of time to use a coupon?

I’ve been shopping at this CVS for years. Prices are a little high but when you need something in the middle of the night and quick it’s convenient.Pharmacy is wonderful to use on occasion for myself.The only reason I can’t give them 4 or 5 stars is the outside appearance of the building and parking lot. The parking lot is dirty and needs to be pressure washed and repainted. The building needs the same and replace the burned out lightbulbs on the building signage.This would make the outward appearance more inviting in my opinion.Overall I like the store and these small improvements I know would go a long way.

In regard to whichever pharmacist they have on duty and not the store itself I have never experienced such a rude tone, talking over me, and an unwillingness to help someone before. I couldn’t even get my question out over the phone before I was abruptly cut off. This person needs a better attitude and training on phone etiquette before dealing with the public. I’ll definitely avoid this pharmacy in the future since I would like to be shown some type of human decency.

Extremely rude and questioned as to why I was trying to fill an RX and had an out of state ID. They refused to fill my RX. It’s a shame that these people dictate what we can or can’t do. I was treated like a criminal. It’s pretty sad when you can’t get post op meds from your doctor because they want to judge you. I seriously worry about the future with the way things are going.

I've been dealing with this pharmacy for over 10years. everytime I have to deal with sharon, she has a attitude. very rude. It surprises me that she still works here. Rose is the nicest person I've ever dealt with. always a greeting, goes out of her way to help. If it wasn't for her I'd have taken my business elsewhere years ago.

I have received first-rate service since I started using this pharmacy approximately two years ago. Staff is always helpful and accomodating.
