Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I am being charged $1000 for a package that was not delivered to my house. Fedex will verify to me over the phone that the package was delivered to another address but they refuse to submit that information to PayPal. The customer service rep actually said that Fedex has no way to provide that information to me or PayPal.

We had a great experience with the one time going into the facility. The young woman helping us at the front counter was welcoming and competent. She even used her printer to print out the shipping label for the package. Thanks!

Dropped off some packages for someone. I didn't really notice the door with the plywood up. Helpful people come out and asked if I had anything more. An I did! They helped me with the rest and brought the packages inside.

The girl Gina that helped my husband and I had a very nasty attitude. We walked in and stood up front without being helped for approximately five minutes. No one was up front to great customers! Needless to say GINA needs to find her self another job.. Not in customer service.

Tracking shows attempted delivery Friday July 17th at 1:30. Totally FALSE statement as we were home and expecting package. No knock on door, no doorbell ring, no missed delivery note on door, my dog barks at the wind and she never alerted. Now this location is closed on Saturday and have to wait until Monday for delivery....HOPEFULLY! if something came up, mechanical issues, personal, whatever no big deal. But dont act like you tried delivering because you didn't.
