Old and dated. Cracks in floor. Dirty walkway. Rude front desk. Kept telling my husband she heard a dog and accusing us of not telling her we had a dog with us. Really?

Did not need to see the rooms felt dirty in lobby. Very shady people hanging outside. Didn't feel safe at all. Was told by locals that its one of two hotels that rent by the hour. I thought to stay with the bigger hotel chains. I we would be in clean and safe place. Ramada should be ashamed to have there name on that building.

Hotel is still nice, pool was foggy but clean, as for the room, the phone didn't work to canect to the ft desk, couldn't plug ph. Charger in cuz the lamp plugs in couldn't work for the charger plugged into it, I had to move the bed from the wall to get to a regular wall plug, most Hotels have a small dinner table like, there was none. But other than that, was good enough with location and price

Room was clean except for a few bugs that had gotten in around the door that didn’t hire fit the frame. Air conditioner worked well. Toilet didn’t flush, but I was mostly sleeping anyway. Bed was in good shape and comfortable. There were some folks in the parking lot who clearly were not guests sorting out some dispute and another fellow rummaging around in a dumpster in the parking lot. All in all, not a bad stay, but probably will seek other accommodations on my next visit.

The rooms are decently clean and the front desk is nice but the grounds for the hotel are completely in ruin. Rust, mold, and dirt everywhere outside. Definitely not what I would consider a $100+ a night hotel to look like. Plus, checkout isn’t until noon but the housekeepers bang on your door all morning from 8:30 until you leave. I cannot count how many times I have been woken up by housekeepers either walking in my room or knocking loudly on my door. IT’s aggravating beyond comprehension. If checkout isn’t until 12, leave people alone until then. 8:30 is way too early to be going around banging on doors and letting yourself in. This one woman didn’t even knock once. Just opened my door. Like I get it, they want people to check out so they can clean rooms and leave as fast as possible but you can’t just annoy people until they check out sooner either. I’m the type that stays in a room until checkout if I can because that’s what I paid for. Honestly the ONLY thing saving this place is the front desk staff. They are ALL an absolute pleasure everytime I see them. Especially the black lady that works in the mornings. Those people are the reason this hotel is even still open because if you’re expecting a normal Ramada, get that out of your head. This is more along the lines of Super 8 or Motel 6. No free breakfast even though it says you get one. No amenities at all, really. They’re definitely overpriced for what they are. They need to bring that price down to motel levels because honestly that’s what it is. Definitely not an inn or hotel.

For the price these are excellent rooms. Very clean. The only issue I had was throughout the night they had some workers that had rooms in my area that were a bit loud but it didn't last long. As far as location it's right near a very busy intersection which can be somewhat hard to get out of at certain times other than that great hotel I would recommend it.

Loved the staff. Went out their way to help me with my situation. Beautiful pool area. Only complaint was the cleaning of the room. It was clean but found things from the people before me . Staff and security

So far my room was not as I requested. I asked for king, they "said" the room I was assigned was not available. The manager's tone was not friendly, which caused me to have the same attitude. I will post again when I leave. Room not up to par.

Visiting in Southern Louisiana such as Morgan City, Houma, Thibodaux area isn't the same as before the last hurricane. Finding a quality hotel without being expensive isn't easy. So to find this particular Ramda is rare find. The lobby area is still under construction and still has bordered windows. Looking past the lack of aesthetics the room is standard, and comfortable.Rooms: The room was spacious, quiet, and clean.Food & drinks: The hotel is on a main roadway. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from.
